At present, the world is fast entering the era of artificial intelligence.Artificial intelligence technology,as a technological change with wide influence,is profoundly changing every aspect of human society, especially the labor market and employment market. In order to promote the high-quality employment of the working-age labor force and revitalize the employment market, the country needs a sufficient number of interdisciplinary talents for support, and vocational training is duty-bound to shoulder the responsibility of inheriting technology and improving skills.Based on the theory of Person-Environment fit(P-E fit)and Work Adjustment(TWA),this paper builds an interactive model between work and vocational training from the perspective of working-age adults skills, and discusses the development strategies of vocational training through in-depth analysis of the work environment needed skills and working-age adults practical application situation by the literature research, questionnaire survey and data analysis. The specific findings are as follows:First, work environment have occurred a series of innovation of the nature of the work due to technical change, like activities "automation",division of work "refinement" and work assignment "on demand",and working-age adults and even the entire employment market were caused a huge shock. There is a direct result on working-age population's required skills, that is,more and more attention to individual's own unique intangible skills. The skills can be roughly divided into growth, adapt and strain 3 big kinds, each categories include four kinds of skills, such as systematic thinking, resource management, digital literacy,learning,cross-cultural communication, critical thinking, creativity and innovation, integrated problem solving and psychological adjustment.Second, the working-age workforce focuses on the application of adaptation and strain skills, and ignores the growth skills in the current work.Besides, the application of the three skills is at a general level, which is not up to the level required in the era of artificial intelligence, and needs to be improved and strengthened. At thesame time, the three skills are closely related, and the improvement of any one skill has a more or less positive impact on the other two.Third, individual characteristics are slightly different in the application of growth, adaptation and strain skills. There is a negative correlation between the three skills and gender, that is,men have a higher degree of application of skills, while women are relatively weak. But there is no significant difference in age, education, job category and work unit.Fourth, there is a correlation between job diversity, job specialization, job repeatability and job autonomy. In addition to work repeatability, all the other three characteristics are positively correlated with growth, adaptation and strain skills, that is,the more types of work tasks, and the more complex and advanced of skill requirements, the more needs to apply these three skills for the working-age workforce.Work autonomy is also the same, the more the working-age workforce needs to plan and complete their own work, the more attention to the application of the three skills. Therefore, vocational training in the era of artificial intelligence should carry out precise training services on the basis of analyzing the working-age labor force's individual characteristics and work characteristics.Such as,Training policy should be adapted to the era of artificial intelligence. In training content, diversified skills should be satisfied;and traditional mode and modern technology should be combined in the form of training. Moreover,we should build a digital certification system for training certification.
