| Since 2015,the explosive growth of artificial intelligence in China has aroused great concern from all walks of life.The coming of the AI era represents the fourth industrial revolution with AI as the main driving force has become the main direction of the reform and development strategies of various countries.With the acceleration of the development of intelligence,artificial intelligence as its core technology has an increasing impact on labor employment.Intelligent development will not only bring about changes in the amount of employment,produce substitution effects and compensation effects,but also cause the transformation of the employment structure and the improvement of the quality of the labor force.Under such background and function,it is necessary to conduct systematic research using economic theory and methods by focusing on intelligent development and its impact on labor employment.First of all,Professor Yoav Shoham and his team released the "Artificial Intelligence Index 2018 Annual Report" in 2019.In the report,an index system for measuring the level of intelligent development of the country,the artificial intelligence vitality index,was proposed.This article draws on this method,and combines other domestic and foreign achievements,divides the development of artificial intelligence into AI input and AI output,and uses a comprehensive evaluation method to build an evaluation index system to measure the development level of artificial intelligence in China,which is used to analyze changes in labor force employment Evaluation index of China's intelligent development level.Second,in the process of empirical research on the impact of intelligent development on labor employment,human capital is introduced into the model,and the improved Cobb-Douglas production function is used to calculate the three levels of human capital: high,middle,and low using the years of education method.The stock is used as the data of human capital in the model.Then collect data based on the relevant conclusions of the theory and current research,use the panel data of 31 provinces in China to establish an econometric model,and analyze the value of human capital in the impact of intelligent development on labor employment through the intermediary effect test.The results show that the substitution effect of artificial intelligence on jobs is greater than its compensation effect,and the phenomenon of "machine substitution" becomes more and more obvious.In addition,human capital plays an intermediary role in the process of intelligent development affecting labor employment,and is dominated by medium and high-skilled human capital.Third,using the GM(1,1)and GM(1,N)models to predict and analyze the trend of intelligent development and the impact on labor employment,the prediction results of 2018-2025 show that the growth rate of intelligent development is much higher than the labor force The employment rate in the market is increasing and there is an increasing demand for medium and high-skilled labor.There will be a new shortage in the labor market.Finally,combined with theoretical and empirical research,it proposes countermeasures against the current status of China's intelligent development and its impact on labor employment. |
