With China's economic development has entered a new norm,and constantly upgrade the social structure,and the change and development of society caused by the social changes brought about the formation and development of pluralistic values under the market economy system,the traditional concept of occupation spirit caused a certain impact.The opportunities and challenges in the social transformation and upgrading and contradictions as well as the economic globalization,society has emerged many advocating utilitarianism and egoism,negative values lost phenomenon of occupation spirit,this kind of phenomenon have also appeared in higher vocational students,the effectiveness of social occupation spirit education with higher aspirations in higher vocational colleges.Expect to raise a group of high technology and skill level and has the high quality of workers occupation artisan spirit and talents in the “13th Five-Year period”,the combination of high the skills and talents of high quality to the occupation depth into the practice of “2025 Chinese manufacturing”,and make they to promote national economic development,industrial upgrading and adjustment to contribute.And higher occupation education students is accept the occupation education personnel.Therefore,we cultivate the students of occupation spirit quality and behavior norms in higher vocational colleges,this is imperative to change the status quo,inefficient occupation spirit education in higher vocational colleges.The sociological theory knowledge contributes to analysis the inefficient occupation spirit education in higher vocational colleges,and enhance the occupation spirit cultivation effectiveness has important value.This study based on functionalism,conflict theory,interaction theory and education factors perspective,respectively.From the sociological perspective of macro,meso and micro education society to demonstrate the cause of inefficient occupation spirit education in higher vocational colleges.This paper has six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the origin and significance of the study;the second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis;the third chapter is based on the current situation and the results of the survey questionnaire and interviews that higher vocational colleges implement inefficient occupation spirit education analysis;the fourth chapter is the important theory of sociology according to the analysis of the cause of the problems and deficiencies in the process of higher vocational colleges occupation spirit education;the fifth chapter is the author tries to put forward the improvement measures for the implementation of the results of the occupation spirit education in higher vocational colleges in the era of social change and development background,with a view to training in higher vocational colleges with labor occupation skills and good occupation spirit quality with talent,for social and economic development and progress;the sixth chapter is the concluding part,the author summarizes the research results as well as the need to carry out the research work.
