The preschool education major students of vocational colleges are one of the important sources of supplement for the kindergarten front-line teachers.Enhancing the vocational literacy training of preschool education major students of vocational colleges will help promote the development and progress of China’s early childhood education.Since the preschool education major students at the vocational college level are different from the training of talents at the ordinary undergraduate and secondary vocational college levels,it is of great significance to clarify the positioning,professional positioning,and personnel training of vocational schools at this level for the development of vocational education.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the cultivation of vocational qualities of students in preschool education major in vocational colleges.However,at present,the preschool education major in vocational colleges still have unclear talent training goals,insufficient construction of "double-qualified" faculty,and unreasonable curriculum settings.Problem,the higher vocational colleges still have a long way to go to train students for high quality.The research used literature methods,questionnaire surveys and interviews to study the current status of professional literacy training for students of preschool education at Linfen College of Shanxi Normal University.Through the literature method,the research results of domestic and foreign vocational education pre-secondary education professional personnel training status,existing problems and related countermeasures are summarized in detail.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,459 preschool education students,33 preschool education teachers(including 5 off-campus part-time teachers)and 100 public kindergarten teachers were surveyed to understand the current status of vocational literacy of school students,schools The specific situation of student training and the demand for professional quality training of public kindergarten teachers.Finally,the study uses SPSS19.0data analysis software and Likert scale analysis method to make a specific quantitative analysis of the collected data.The first part of the research is the introduction,which mainly explains the reasons for selecting the topic,the definition of the core concepts,the literature review,the purpose and significance of the research and the theoretical basis of the research;the second part is the design and implementation of the research,including the research object,research ideas,research process and methods;The third part is the analysis of the status of professional qualities of preschool education major students in vocational colleges.It first introduces the basic situation of preschool education major in Linfen College of Shanxi Normal University,then designs survey tools from students,college teachers and kindergarten teachers,and finally describes The results of the survey;the fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the students’ professional literacy training.The main problems are the lack of professional emotions and a low sense of identity;the weak foundation of professional knowledge,the lack of knowledge in humanities,science and law;the lack of solid professional skills,Lack of practical experience.The causes include uneven student quality,ambiguous positioning of professional talent training goals;insufficient teacher construction,and theoretical and practical teaching to be improved;less curriculum setting involves students ’professional literacy training;inadequate school practice training and inadequate process management.The fifth part is the strategy for improving the vocational literacy training of preschool education major students in the vocational colleges,including the vocational education policy as the fundamental to continuously improve the talent training program;Team;full penetration of professional literacy,optimization of curriculum structure;reform of traditional teaching methods,integration of modern diversified educational technology;open school,establishment of collaborative education mechanism;further improve the formative evaluation standards of professional literacy.
