By reading relevant literatures,we can see that the conclusions about the relationship between corporate culture and training are generally drawn from the author's experience,and most of them only take into account the positive integration and interaction between corporate culture and training.However,in reality,whether corporate culture and training have such interaction and what the relationship between corporate culture and training is,which are worth thinking.For that reason,this thesis attempts to explore the relationship between corporate culture and training.As the former is highly abstract,the author adopts case study method,choosing a company to try to explore their relationship more deeply and concretely.In addition,on the basis of case study,the author also combined with the existing theoretical research,trying to put forward her own views on the relationship between corporate culture and training in a more broad sense as well as the characteristics and construction of training system in order to make her own efforts for the theory of current training system and provide some reference for other companies' construction of training system from the perspective of corporate culture.The company mentioned in this thesis has a strong emphasis on corporate culture and puts forward the slogans such as values,vision and mission.What's more,because of talent training,corporate culture and other achievements,the company not only won the title of Top 100 Ideal Employers for Chinese College Students in 2013 selected by China Daily Newspaper 21 st Century English and Universum,but also won the title of China's Best Employer Top 30 of Shanghai in 2013 selected by Zhilian Hiring and Corporate Social Responsibility and Employer Brand Communication Research Center of Peking University.The author found that there is something to learn from the practice and embodiment of the company's corporate culture in training,but there are also conflicts after observation,interviews and other researches.Therefore,based on this case and the existing theoretical research,the author believes that the relationship between corporate culture and training is abstract and concrete as well as ideological level and operational level.That is,both of them not only have integration but also have conflicts which requires that under the real training condition,we should not only pursue integration,but also take the conflicts into account to find out problems and solve them.
