| With the rapid development of economic globalization and increasingly fierce international competition,how to improve the leadership of managers and improve the competitiveness of the entire organization has become the focus of scholars.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,organizations cannot rely on human,material and financial resources to maintain the continuation of their competitive advantage.Human capital and social capital can no longer meet the needs of the further development of various organizations.Therefore,from the perspective of psychological capital,it is particularly necessary to explore the specific path to improve leadership and enhance leadership.This study takes the middle-level managers of colleges and universities as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method to start from the causal path and influencing factors of leadership effectiveness,focusing on the path relationship between psychological capital,leadership style and leadership effectiveness,as well as the leadership style and its dimensions in psychology.The influence of capital on the relationship between leadership effectiveness and the use of SPSS21.0 and AMOS23.0 statistical software to verify the research hypothesis and the theoretical relationship model proposed in this paper,and finally develop and enhance psychological capital,improve and standardize leadership.From the perspective of methods,the specific measures to improve the leadership effectiveness of middle-level managers in colleges and universities are constructed.This paper innovatively uses the leadership method as a mediator variable,assuming the intrinsic link between the middle-level manager’s psychological capital,leadership style and leadership effectiveness,and validates the research hypothesis through data analysis of the recovered questionnaire.The study found:(1)Through the analysis of the correlation between the psychological capital of middle-level managers and the transaction-oriented and transformational leadership styles,it is proved that there is a certain correlation between the two.The self-confidence and hope dimension of the manager’s psychological capital have significant predictive effects on the various dimensions of the leadership style.(2)Through the verification of the leadership relationship and leadership effectiveness relationship model,it is found that the leadership style can promote the improvement of leadership efficiency to different degrees.The individualized care and the star-following dimension have positive effects on the dimensions of leadership effectiveness.Vision incentives,leadership charm,exception management and contingency rewards also partially contribute to leadership effectiveness;(3)through the psychological capital pair The verification of the leadership effectiveness relationship model proves that there is a correlation between the two.Among them,it is hoped that all dimensions of leadership effectiveness will be positively promoted.Self-confidence,optimism and resilience also affect various aspects of leadership effectiveness to varying degrees;(4)through the theoretical model verification of psychological capital,leadership style and leadership effectiveness,it is found The leadership style plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the middle-level manager’s psychological capital and leadership effectiveness.The leadership style can promote the influence of the middle-level managers’ psychological capital on leadership effectiveness.This proposes specific measures to improve leadership: Including the level of psychological capital at the individual level,the selection of high-level managers at the organizational level,and the gradual and targeted training and promotion of their psychological capital level in the follow-up work;at the same time,the management of the contingency in the management process,pay attention to leadership-Good communication of members,matching needs,improving organizational atmosphere and improving leadership effectiveness. |
