In order to fill the talent gap of high-level vocational teachers in secondary vocational schools,cultivate a group of highly educated and high-quality "double-qualified" vocational education talents for vocational schools.In 2015,the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council revised the Master of Education program,adding the professional direction of“Vocational and Technical Education” in the “Master of Education”,and launched the “Master of Education(Vocational and Technical Education)” professional degree postgraduate(hereinafter referred to as the “Master of Vocational Education”)In July of the same year,45 colleges and universities were confirmed as the first pilots to carry out vocational education master training.The establishment of vocational education masters means that the training of vocational teachers in my country is officially upgraded from the undergraduate level to the postgraduate level.In the training process of vocational education masters,the tutors of vocational education masters shoulder the mission and responsibility of cultivating high-level vocational education talents in the country,which is a key factor affecting the quality of vocational education masters training.Carrying out the survey and research on the satisfaction of the tutors of the vocational education masters will help to understand the current situation of the tutors inside and outside the vocational education masters from the perspective of the vocational education masters,and find the factors that affect the vocational education masters' satisfaction with the tutors through the evaluation of the vocational education masters,to help tutors improve their guiding ability,and ultimately improve the training quality of vocational education masters in my country.This study mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method,and conducts an actual survey through the satisfaction of 206 vocational education masters on the comprehensive quality of the tutors inside and outside the school,the content of guidance,the process of guidance,and the effect of guidance.Through SPSS statistical software,descriptive statistics and difference analysis are carried out on the collected data,and the information obtained from the interview is used as an explanation and supplement to understand the current situation of vocational education master's satisfaction with tutors,and explore the factors that affect vocational education master's satisfaction with tutors.After descriptive statistical analysis,the results show that the current situation of tutor satisfaction of vocational education masters is as follows:Vocational education masters' satisfaction level with tutors is generally higher,and vocational education masters' satisfaction with academic tutors in colleges and universities is overall higher than that of off-campus practical tutors.Among off-campus practice tutors,the vast majority of students recognize the influence of educational practice tutors on them more than corporate practice tutors.After differential analysis,it is found that the personal factors of students and tutors have less influence on the satisfaction of tutors of vocational education masters,while the guiding process factors have a greater impact on tutor satisfaction of vocational education masters.There are some problems in the satisfaction of tutors of vocational education masters:the overall quality satisfaction of tutors needs to be optimized,the satisfaction with the guidance content is partially poor,the satisfaction with the guidance process needs to be improved,and the satisfaction with the guidance effect of the tutors needs to be improved.The reason is: the lack of study by postgraduates The awareness of state adjustment and no clear development plan;the mentor's guiding concept needs to be updated,and the guiding ability needs to be improved;the school's mentor management mechanism needs to be improved,and the mentor evaluation mechanism needs to be established;the cooperation unit is insufficient to participate in the construction and management of the mentor team.According to the research results,this paper starts from the four levels of students,tutors,schools and cooperative units,and puts forward suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of tutors' guidance work,and improve the satisfaction of graduate tutors,including: students need to learn to self-adjust,establish and develop planning;mentors need to change their guiding concepts and establish guidance plans;schools should improve the mentor management mechanism and establish a mentor evaluation mechanism;cooperative units should actively participate in the establishment and development of mentor teams.
