Occupational education is an important part of modern education.The teaching quality of vocational colleges is related to the overall effect of occupational education.The practical knowledge of teachers is silent,but it is more outstanding in education.How to impart the ineffable knowledge,the research on the performance of practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges becomes particularly important.Based on the vocational colleges,this study conducted long-term field observations and in-depth interviews with several practical teachers in the locksmith and numerical control majors of the two schools.The qualitative research method was adopted to collect data from the bottom up to explore the performance of practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges and the profound connotation behind the performance.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research and the significance of the research on teachers' practical knowledge.This paper makes a literature review from three aspects: the practical knowledge of teachers,the practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges,and the performance of the practical knowledge of teachers.It also defines the concepts of vocational colleges,teachers' practical knowledge and performance.The second part of the research design,mainly elaborated the participatory observation,in-depth interview and physical analysis of the three qualitative research methods.The complete process from selecting the research object,entering the research scene to collecting the data,sorting out and analyzing the data.Finally,it explains the validity and ethics of the research.The third part expounds the performance of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges from four aspects: teaching,management,education,competition.In the teaching part,teachers' practical knowledge is expounded from four aspects: the art of teaching language,the unique teaching method,the teachers' teaching skills and the teaching means of keeping pace with the times.From the aspects of safety education management,cooperative learning management and classroom atmosphere construction,this paper probes into the profound performance of teachers in vocational colleges and universities in management.The manifestation of Teachers' practical knowledge in Vocational Colleges from Wei Shusheng's "Education Prophet" put forward by teacher Wei Shusheng in the 1980 s Starting from the concept of education,we should first understand the students from the whole and the individual,and then teach people with emotion and morality.The most characteristic part of the competition in vocational colleges and universities,from the teachers to the selection of participants and the guidance of the participants of the two aspects of vocational college teachers practical knowledge of the performance of in-depth mining.The fourth part of the research conclusions and reflection,according to the results of the research conclusions,and the process of self-reflection.Based on the research results,two suggestions are put forward.Firstly,teachers' practical knowledge has the characteristics of tacit,especially the practical teachers in vocational colleges.The deep understanding of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges should be based on the expression of teachers' practical knowledge.Secondly,the expression of teachers' practical knowledge is only the tip of the iceberg of teachers' practicality.Only by digging out the profound connotation behind the performance can we understand more teachers' practical knowledge.Teachers in vocational colleges are communicating When it comes to practical knowledge,we should not only pay attention to how to do it,but also pay attention to why to do so that we can really learn from and learn the practical knowledge of teachers.
