Teachers' practical knowledge is an essential knowledge for teachers' professional growth and development.Teachers are the implementers and adjudicators of their own teaching.From the point of view of knowledge management,the knowledge generated by teachers' understanding,implementation and reflection of teaching is the basis of their survival and development.The research on this kind of knowledge can better promote the transfer and preservation of vocational knowledge.Vocational colleges are important places for the export of professional talents in our country.The quality of teachers in vocational colleges determines the quality of talents to a certain extent.The research on the practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges and universities can better describe and preserve their knowledge.On the Professional growth of novice Teachers For reference and reference materials.This research adopts the qualitative research technique,takes the teachers who undertake the vocational education as the research object,through the observation to its classroom teaching,forms the preliminary research question;Then through the interview with teachers,we can understand teachers' life history,educational history and their interpretation of educational problems and phenomena,so as to further clarify the research issues.Taking the practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges as the main research area,collecting data in a bottom-up way,this paper explores what practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges is.This paper analyzes the elements of practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges and its generating mechanism,in order to better display the pattern of practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges and universities..Specifically,this study is divided into five chapters.Chapter one,introduction.Including the origin of the study,significance and related literature review,on the basis of previous studies,through the definition of related concepts,to determine the content,ideas,processes and methods;The second chapter,the knowledge base of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges.Based on the knowledge view of action theory,this paper explores the composition and influencing factors of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges and universities,and lays a foundation for the later discussion.Chapter three,the constituent elements of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges and universities.This paper mainly analyzes the practical knowledge of teachers in vocational colleges and universities,which consists of teachers' main body and problems.The fourth chapter is the forming mechanism of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges.Through specific cases,the author concludes that there are four kinds of practical knowledge generation mechanism of teachers in vocationalcolleges: dual path,stress,semi-closed and vertical;chapter five,conclusion and reflection.In order to better understand the forming mechanism of teachers' practical knowledge,this paper summarizes the role of each component of practical knowledge in the formation of practical knowledge in vocational colleges.In addition,researchers as research tools gain and grow in the research,through self-reflection,to provide reference and inspiration for future researchers in this field.
