Contemporary college students are the socialistic successors of our nation,who play an important role in realizing the Chinese dream,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.College students' interpersonal relationship,as one of the core contents of the campus life,became an important content in the Ideological and Political Education naturally.Therefore,it is of great significance for contemporary college students to establish a good interpersonal relationship and carry on better interpersonal communication in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and to build a harmonious campus.In order to study and discuss the contemporary college students more pertinently,and prevent the occurrence of college students' psychological problems,this research aims to probe into the interpersonal relationship of Contemporary College students,to make an understanding of the family environment,and to explore the relationship between them,so as to provide the relevant suggestions for improving the interpersonal communication level of the contemporary college students.For this purpose,the study takes the college students in Nanchang as the object,using the self-made demographic scale,the interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnosis scale,the family environment scale to carry on the questionnaire investigation,and obtains the corresponding statistical data.Through statistical analysis and research,it is found that:1.There is a significant difference in the family environment of contemporary college students and the Chinese norm.The factors that are significantly lower than that of the Chinese norm are the intimate level,the independence,the success,the knowledge,the moral and religious view;the other five factors are significantly higher than the Chinese norm,and there is a significant difference in the gender,the grade and the profession.2.The situation of contemporary college students' interpersonal relationship is not optimistic as a whole.Up to17.1% of college students have serious interpersonal distress among them,with 4.8% of them worse.Only 54.3% of college students have mild interpersonal distress.3.The interpersonal relationship level of contemporary college students has significantdifferences in parents' cultural level,parental relationship and family income.4.The seven factors in family environment,such as intimate level,emotional expression and knowledge,are related to the overall interpersonal relationship of college students and their factors in varying degrees.Moreover,the basic variables in the family environment can explain 5.6% of the variation in the total score of interpersonal relationship of college students,and the ten factors in the Family Environment scale jointly explain the variation of 22.7% of the total score of interpersonal relationship.The following recommendations are given on the basis of the results:1.College students re-establish the intimate relationship with their families,set up a correct view of their own family environment,and learn to understand and forgive their parents,and learn to be grateful to their parents.2.College students take the initiative to improve the level of interpersonal communication,learn to evaluate themselves and others in an all-round way and strive to improve their comprehensive quality.3.College students re-examine the impact of family environment on their interpersonal relationships and replace the negative impact of family environment with positive attitudes.Establish relationships with people with an attitude of proud humility,reduce the negative impact of family environment,and promote the positive impact of family environment on themselves in interpersonal relationships;4.Parents should create a harmonious and warm family environment and carry on reasonable family education actively.
