Ptimization Of Contemporary College Students’ Interpersonal

Our country is in the building of socialist harmonious society. Establishing harmonious interpersonal relationship is one of the necessary goals in socialist harmonious society construction. College students are an important and special social group. For students themselves, interpersonal relationship is close to physical and mental health as well as comprehensive development. The relationship of contemporary college students appeared multidimensional and multilevel, especially with the transformation of Chinese society. There have also been a lot of interpersonal problems to college students. Many college students have been troubled by interpersonal relationship and interpersonal problems. The author takes contemporary college students’interpersonal relationship as the topic, notes that the students’interpersonal relationship showing evident sentiment orientation, pursuit of independent and equality, rich in communication content, modernization in communication methods, etc., by base on outstanding research achievements, the use of literature reference method, questionnaire method and empirical analysis classification method. But college students’interpersonal relationship also appeared problems like teacher-student relationship indifferent, interpersonal relationship utilitarianization, roommates’relationship disharmony and· online communication addiction, etc. The author analyzes the intrinsic and extrinsic factors in college students’ interpersonal relationship on this basis, including the influence of students’personality and psychology quality, penetration of negative social atmosphere, economic constraints, lack of schooling, etc., and then makes a series of strategies in terms of the students themselves, the colleges, the communities and so on. The strategies include create a good personal image, enhance personal charisma, lay emphasis on techniques to improve interpersonal skills. These strategies provide guiding principles and specific methods for building a good relationship for college students, guide and help students deal with the interpersonal problems in reality properly, keep students in healthy and achieve their full development. The author also hope this paper can promote further research on the ideological and political education to college students’interpersonal relationship.
