As an important place for children to grow up and live,the community structure directly affects the children's growth environment;its resource richness is related to children's resource network;its development dilemma is the concentration of children's problems.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out professional social services for community children.A good social work service program is the key to achieving the desired results of social work services.However,the development of social work in Urumqi is relatively imperfect.There still have some problems.This research participates in the whole process of design and implementation of social work professional service plan through participatory research methods,mainly based on professional theory.Looking to the community children,the design elements,contents and precautions of social work service programs were analyzed and sorted out.Combined with the real case of the community children service project of X Organization,through the professional methods such as in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,the problems in the design and application of social work service plan design are analyzed and proposed.Corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.Based on the actual situation of social work organization in Urumqi,this paper discusses the problems in the design of service plans of Urumqi social work organization from five aspects: hoisting professional capacities,enriching activities,fixing social workers,combining non-professional working methods and linking social support networks.Hope provided some support for the design of the social work service programme to community children in Urumqi.
