Research On The Support Of Social Work Talents In Xinjiang

With the deepening of social work embedded in social governance and livelihood security,the role of social work in helping the government and serving the society has become increasingly prominent.Taking into account the development process and research results of social work talents at home and abroad,considering the particularity of social work industry,the five main supporting factors for the growth and development of social work talents are institutional,financial,organizational,training and institutional factors,which are relatively independent in terms of personnel support,have their own goal-oriented and function-oriented,and are interlinked and interacted with each other.Systematization is the core theme of this paper.Around these themes,this paper uses the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire,comparative analysis,causal analysis and comprehensive analysis to discuss the development process,concrete measures and measures of the five elements of social work talent support in Xinjiang,based on the first-hand survey data of Urumqi,Karamay,Yining,Kashgar and Hami at the level of autonomous region and local level.Problems and causes.The research finds that the five elements of social work talent support in Xinjiang have not yet formed a system,and the support strength of each factor is insufficient,which is manifested in the unsystematic system of system creation and inaccurate system objectives,inadequate financial input and unstable input process,unreasonable organization and unreasonable division of labor,the emphasis on theory and practical teaching,and the incentive mechanism of social service institutions.Insufficient and weak security.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper suggests that in order to promote the rational and orderly development of social work talents in Xinjiang,it is necessary to straighten out the relationship between the supporting elements of social work talents,improve the systematicness and accuracy of system construction,realize the systematization and continuity of financial input,improve the scientific and effective organizational settings.Improve the incentive level and guarantee ability of social work service institutions.
