Spatial And Temporal Differences And Optimization Of Regional Urbanization Quality Based On The Concept Of Health Economy

In the 19 th National Congress of CPC,comrade Xi Jinping called on all the people of Chain to implement a strategy named "Healthy China",and put "Healthy China" into a national strategy.With the start of the "Healthy China" idea,all the provinces push forward the development model of "Big Health",the development concept with "Healthy Economy" become the development concept of new urbanization.Show the idea.Study the quality of urbanization is really important.in the development of social economy.In recent years,the research on the quality of urbanization had increased gradually.But in many studies,the theoretical support of the traditional system still occupies a great part.The "Healthy Economy" concept is a new theory system under the background of the era,and actively respond the national policy and the trend of the times.Study the quality of urbanization which base on the "Healthy Economy" is helpful to the healthy development of the urbanization quality,and has a positive theoretical and social value.This paper,takes 11 cities of Jiangxi province as the research object,constructs a urbanization quality evaluation index system which includes six major indexes:economic performance,spatial intensivism,ecological environment,resident life,social development and infrastructure.It uses the principal component analysis method and local spatial autocorrelation analysis method to analyze the data of the Jiangxi province in 2006,2011 and 2016,to discuss the major affective factors of the spatial and temporal differences of urbanization quality in Jiangxi province,then,propose the countermeasures and suggestions for the improve urbanization quality and regional coordinated in Jiangxi province.The result shows that:(1)The urbanization quality in Jiangxi is under a low level,it shows a pattern of "central depression and polarization",and a obvious regional differences.(2)In the five evaluation layers,is the primary factor which affects the quality of urbanization in Jiangxi province.It is found that the basic concept advocated by the concept of "healthy economy" is an important factor to improve the quality of urbanization.(3)According to the weight distribution of each level index,the quality of sustainable development takes up the most section,is the main factor restricting the quality of urbanization.To promote the construction of urbanization quality,sustainable development is the key.In the future,we can start constructive optimization measures to develop the quality of urbanization in Jiangxi province according to the distribution characteristics of the index weight of each level,...
