The essence of mathematics is abstract,which leads to many obstacles in the process of mathematics learning.Mathematical abstract thinking is sort of a measure of the ability of the learner to solve problems.And the compulsory education curriculum standard requires the training of students' mathematical abstract thinking ability.Therefore,as the education worker,it is very important to research how to train students' mathematical abstract thinking ability.Based on the literature at home and abroad study mathematics abstract thinking ability,grasp the important role in mathematics abstract thinking ability in mathematics teaching,puts forward the training students' mathematics abstract thinking ability in mathematics classroom teaching strategy,designed the quadratic function and a yuan quadratic equation of teaching cases,choose it certain the countryside junior middle school students as the research object,to carry out the teaching practice,through the investigation and observation,using comparative analysis method,test mathematics abstract thinking ability training strategy is put forward,and obtain the relevant research conclusions.Basic structure of this paper is as follows:It is a necessary condition to learn mathematic in that introduction theory,which is the requirement of "standard" for middle school teaching.According to the domestic and international review of mathematical abstract thinking ability,this paper adopts the method of literature analysis and comparative analysis and education practice.In this paper,the paper explains the theoretical basis for cultivating the students' abstract thinking ability,first giving the definition of the thinking ability and classifying the thinking ability,then defining the abstract thought and the type of abstract thought,then the definition of mathematical thinking ability and the meaning of mathematical abstract thinking ability are given.The third chapter discusses the function of mathematical abstract thinking ability in mathematics teaching.In addition to strengthening the student's understanding of the nature of mathematics and the connection between knowledge,and the ability to develop creative thinking,to perfect the student's mind structure,to help the student's overall development.The fourth chapter puts forward the cultivation strategy of mathematical abstract thinking ability from four aspects.First of all,set up the situation,activate the students' thinking,and increase students' interest and confidence in mathematics learning;Secondly under the new concept,the classroom teaching should exert students' subjective initiative,make students hands-on practice to strengthen the depth of thinking;At the same time there are three kinds of mathematical language,words,symbols,images,to develop the students' ability of abstract thinking,must be flexible to students to master the three language conversion thus to strengthenstudents' number form combination;Practice one variable,the lines,strengthen the flexibility of students' thinking.In the fifth section of this article,the teaching cases of quadratic functions and quadratic equations are used to illustrate the ability of mathematical abstract thinking in practice,and to look at the ability of mathematics to be raised in five dimensions.
