University is the product of the progress of human civilization.Both the comprehensive national competitiveness and the construction of Double World-classes universities require building a culturally strong country.In 2017,T-University implements its “13th Five-Year” plan comprehensively deepens reform,and start the construction of Double World-classes University.The construction of campus culture is one of the key tasks.The long term development of a university cannot be separated with the construction of organizational culture.Students' satisfaction with the organizational culture of university is a key index to measure the construction of university organizational culture.This thesis expounds the theoretical basis of research on organizational culture identification,analyzes the unique features of the culture construction of T-University,and carries out an empirical study from the perspective of organizational culture identification.Taking T-University as an example,the thesis focuses on the organizational cultural identification of its students,looking for the focal point and the breakthrough for T-university culture construction and management.This thesis adopts the theory of "four levels" of organizational culture,combined with the actual case of T-University,carries on the regression analysis through the questionnaire survey data collection,and puts forward suggestions according to the results.Advices for T-University are: to continue to deepen the fundamental task of the implementation of morality education,maintain good system culture,strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics education,promote the interaction between students,further strong campus culture,to create a beautiful campus scenery landscape,and to improve the living convenience at the campus and the surrounding services.This thesis has some innovation in the perspective of research.There are few empirical studies in the field of organizational culture identification,and the research object is always the enterprise.This research takes the University as the object to carry on the empirical research,in order to provide the beneficial reference for the university campus culture construction under organizational cultural identification.
