With the continuous development and advancement of China's education reform,China's educational achievements have made remarkable achievements.The reform of physical education should also follow the pace of education reform.The theory of transfer has long been known by people.Experts and scholars in different fields are also applying different theories to Transfer theory.According to the characteristics of the javelin project,combined with the characteristics of the javelin teaching,the teaching methods of Bilateral Transfer of skill are used in the teaching process of the javelin,and the feasibility of its application is analyzed.Through literature and data methods,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,video shooting method,teaching experiment method,and mathematical statistics method,the practical application effect of the teaching method of Bilateral Transfer of skill in the javelin teaching class was discussed.The empirical study of the teaching effectiveness of the Javelin teaching with the method of Bilateral Transfer of skill is studied.The subjects of 13 classes and 15 classes of the physical education major of the 2017 Institute of Education,Beijing Sport University are taken as the experimental subjects.The two classes are randomly divided into experimental groups and control group,the experimental group used the bilateral transfer of skill teaching method,and the control group adopted the conventional teaching method.They compared the students' achievement standards,technical evaluation scores,javelin theoretical knowledge,javelin teaching effects,and other factors under the two different teaching methods.Based on the experimental data,the conclusions are as follows:1.Bilateral Transfer of skill teaching method can be used in javelin teaching improve the student's part of the javelin throwing technique,which help the student tocorrectly grasp the javelin device's grip,throwing step,shot speed and shot angle.The step size of throwing,the angle of the full bow and the last exertion time not improve.2.Bilateral Transfer of skill teaching method can be used in javelin teaching improve the students' achievement of the standard,because the practice density is more improved,the practice form is more diversified,the classroom teaching organization is more rigorous,and the practice of bilateral sexual mobility theory is practiced.However,the results of the technical evaluation not be improved.3.The application of the bilateral transfer of skill teaching method in the teaching of javelin can help the students to deepen the understanding and application of the theoretical knowledge.4.The application of the bilateral transfer of skill teaching method in javelin teaching can improve the teaching effect of the javelin teaching.5.The application of the bilateral transfer of skill teaching method in javelin teaching can reduce the incidence of sports injury,improve their ability to master sports skills on the weak side,and promote the improvement of students' motor skills learning ability.
