After the curriculum reform of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools in China,the number of PE class hours has increased,but the teaching methods and methods have not changed much,and there is no good way to cut into the teaching difficulties,so as to carry out targeted teaching.In the face of such a confusion,how to adapt to the requirements of different students,which is placed in front of physical education teachers a mountain to move.As a new sport rising in our country,air volleyball is widely promoted due to its unique characteristics.At the same time of promotion,it involves the problem of "how to teach and how to learn".How to better promote this sport so that everyone can better master the technology of air volleyball?As students have natural differences in learning ability and acceptance level,their demand for knowledge and acceptance methods are also different to a certain extent,which naturally leads to the hierarchical teaching method.Through the hierarchical teaching mode,the teaching effect can be optimized.This paper attempts to explore the influence of stratified teaching on the teaching of gas volleyball through teaching experiments.At the same time,it combines organically with the advantages of traditional teaching method to better provide experience and case guidance for the development of gas volleyball education and teaching,and at the same time promote the spread of the concept of "lifelong sports".This paper mainly USES the methods of literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,etc.,to carry out the stratified teaching experiment for different classes,and carries out the practice test and theoretical research on the stratified teaching method through the teaching experiment.Two classes,class 4 and class 5,grade 5 of xi 'an xiaoyanta primary school,were taken as the experimental subjects.Class 4 was the control class and class 5 was the experimental class.Through a 12-week experiment of gas volleyball technology teaching,the research results show that after the experiment,the number of excellent students in the experimental class adopting the stratified teaching method reaches the standard is obviously higher than that of the control class adopting the traditional teaching method,and the number of students failing the experimental class is obviously lower than that of the control class.The conclusions are as follows:1.Stratified teaching is conducive to the continuous improvement of students' sports skills.Through the comparison of the number distribution at all levels before and after the experiment between the experimental class and the control class,it is found that the experimental class is superior to the control class.2.Multi-level teaching can meet the individual needs of students to the maximum extent,make students have a real sense of acquisition and improvement,promote the strengthening of students' willingness to take the initiative in learning,and at the same time help to create a good classroom environment,each individual has a practical effort and direction to become more ambitious.3.Under the traditional teaching mode,the students in the control class made slow progress,the classroom atmosphere was not high,and the diversity of practice methods was not strong,which could not effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students.4.Stratification and traditional teaching methods have a certain effect on the improvement of students' basic skills of gas volleyball,so that students in the experimental class and the control class have mastered basic skills of gas volleyball(cushion,pass and serve).5.Layered teaching is helpful to improve the professional level of physical education teachers.By identifying different levels of students and selecting different teaching methods for students at different levels,the teaching design level of teachers is improved.Suggestions are as follows:1.The most important step of stratified teaching method is stratification.Teachers should fully understand the logical relationship between the three variables of students' individual and teaching methods and teaching objectives.2.Although adopted the experimental classes and don't know that in comparative classes "blind test" experimental methods,but in practice,will inevitably exist the participants were found,experiments will let students produce psychological difference,the uncertainties of the external factors to cause deviation to the reliability of the recorded data,in actual teaching process,teachers should take effective measures to avoid the occurrence of this kind of situation,to ensure the accuracy of the result of the experiment teaching.3.In the class of hierarchical teaching ways,teachers should use various means,to the students to clarify the so-called "layers" inherent meaning and the main purpose,reassure ability weaker students,lest appear negative emotions and misunderstandings,but also pay attention to the attention of the appropriate tilt,bring warmth to all level students.4.PE teachers should break away from the traditional teaching mode in the future teaching process,try to adopt some teaching methods that can improve students' learning enthusiasm and interest,and then keep learning to enrich themselves and constantly update
