As one of the four core qualities,public participation literacy plays a very important role.Among the four elements,public participation is not only the inevitable expression of legal consciousness,but also the practical result of political identification and rational spirit.October 28 solstice.31,2019,19 large plenary meeting was held in Beijing,the meeting reviewed and adopted the "the central committee of the communist party of China about to uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability certain major issue decision",and under the background of new era,promote the national management system and management ability modernization is the overall goal of deepening reform in our country.Citizens are the subject of national governance.To ensure that the people are masters of the country and to promote socialist modernization,it is of great significance to cultivate students' public participation quality.Therefore,whether from the perspective of education or the perspective of national governance and development,it is imperative to cultivate students' public participation quality in high school ideological and political courses.However,how to reasonably and effectively cultivate students' public participation literacy based on the path of high school ideological and political courses is the key problem to be solved in this paper.This paper firstly expounds the goal of cultivating public participation literacy in ideological and political courses,which plays a leading and guiding role.Only under the guidance of the goal can problems be found and solved better.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,the author analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of the public participation literacy in the ideological and political courses of senior high school.In view of the problems,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from multiple perspectives.This part plays the role of connecting the preceding and the following.It not only finds out the problem under the guidance of the target and investigates its causes,but also paves the way for the next part to put forward solutions.The last part,"the cultivation strategy of public participation literacy in senior high school ideological and political courses",is the most important part of this paper.The author discusses the cultivation path from four perspectives,which has strong operability and pertinence. |
