The standard of Ideological and political course in senior high school(2017Edition)regards public participation as one of the four core qualities of Ideological and political disciplines,and it is of great significance for moral education to explore the cultivation path of public participation of middle school students.It is also pointed out that there should be new methods in the new era.In the new era of subject core literacy teaching,we need to explore new methods of literacy teaching.In order to cultivate the core quality of students' subject,we should design the teaching of activity-based subject.The ideological and political subject has its own characteristics.In the teaching of political course,the way of activity-based course is an innovative form for the purpose of cultivating the core quality of political subject.Through activity-based course,students' interest in learning is aroused and the boring traditional teaching mode is broken.This paper mainly discusses the public participation literacy in the political discipline literacy.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the basic situation,including the background of the topic,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and the characteristics of this paper.The second part is an overview of related theories.It mainly defines the core concepts of activity-based discipline curriculum and public participation core literacy,and expounds the characteristics and main types of activity-based discipline curriculum in detail.This paper clarifies the relationship between the activity-based discipline curriculum and the core literacy of public participation,specifically discusses the necessity of the activity-based discipline curriculum to cultivate the core literacy of public participation of senior high school students,and lays a theoretical foundation and preparation for the research based on the activity-based discipline curriculum to cultivate the core literacy of public participation of senior high school students.The third part is the analysis of the reasons and the problems of the public participation of senior high school students based on the activity-based subject curriculum,it is found that there are some problems in the current public participation core literacy training of senior high school students based on activity-based curriculum,such as the inconspicuous advantages of public participation core literacy training in activity-based curriculum,the improvement of teachers' awareness of Public Participation Literacy,the improvement of curriculum teaching evaluation system,the link between teaching content and social life,etc.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing problems,through encouraging teachers to set up new teaching ideas,innovate teaching methods,and strive to promote public participation in practice to promote the development of activity-based curriculum,cultivating the core quality of public participation of senior high school students.The fifth part discusses the teaching design of cultivating senior high school students' core quality of public participation based on the activity-based subject curriculum,which mainly discusses the basic principles from three aspects: the value-oriented role of the activity-based subject curriculum,the subject knowledge as the theoretical tool of the topic based teaching and the prominent position of the subject ability training;from the standard of the intensive research course,the selection of the real issues and the optimization of the activity design Three aspects discussed the implementation path of activity-based discipline curriculum.
