The ideological and political theory course of senior high school is a quality education course for socialist citizens with Marxist basic views as the core.It is an important channel of Moral education is an important carrier to help students form a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.High school ideological and political courses should not only impart theoretical knowledge,but also require teachers to combine theoretical knowledge with practical activities.While impartating knowledge to students,they should pay attention to cultivating students' ability to participate in society.However,the current ideological and political teaching in senior high schools is still based on instilling teaching methods,ignoring the cultivation of students' participation consciousness and ability..With the proposal of core literacy,it is suggested that the development of core literacy is to adapt to the trend of world education reform and improve the international competitiveness of Chinese education.How to effectively cultivate students' core literacy is an urgent problem to be solved at present."The ordinary high school ideological and political course standard" the 2017 edition)"public participation",as one of the ideological and political discipline core literacy,It is necessary to cultivate the public participation literacy of young students,which is conducive to their understanding of democratic management programs and experience the value of democratic decision-making and democratic supervision,enhance the public awareness and participation ability,the pursuit of higher moral realm.This study includes four aspects.The first part is the definition of relevant concepts of public participation literacy and interpret its theoretical basis.The second part is on the high school thought political lesson teaching to cultivate students' literacy,the essay discusses the necessity and significance of public participation,such as the thought political lesson teaching to cultivate students' literacy curriculum standard and the necessity of public participation in curriculum nature,ideological and political teaching of practical requirements,"+" Internet age requirements of public high school students to participate in literacy;It is helpful to improve and implement the system of public participation,to achieve the goal of cultivating "public people",and to promote the modernization of public participation in an orderly way.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of cultivating students' public participation quality in the teaching of ideological and political lesson.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of cultivating students' public participation literacy in ideological and political courses,and proposes feasible solutions to the existing problems.The fourth part is to the teaching of ideological and political courses should cultivate students' public participation accomplishment path of exploration,in many ways to collect information on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the article,hope to real application of the proposed countermeasures and teaching,to guide students to more orderly participate in classroom learning,improve the students' real public participation in literacy.
