The game is the nature of children and the important way for children to know the world effectively.Children can gain knowledge,affection,meaning,line and other aspects of development through games.As one of the typical forms of preschool children,role-play has unique education value for children's development.However,in the practice of education in kindergarten,the development of role-playing games is not optimistic.Through the three-month internship,there are many problems in the development of role-playing games in kindergartens.This study use observation method,questionnaire method,interview method,and the methods of case analysis as a case study of xinyang three kindergarten with sample to conduct a comprehensive analysis about the present situation of kindergarten role play in summary,find the existing problems and analyze the causes,and finally to improve the effectiveness of the role play in kindergarten put forward the corresponding suggestion.This study mainly covers the following six parts:The first part is the introduction of this study: the main includes the content of the paper selected topic origin,research purpose and research significance,research contents and methods,the research of innovations and summary of existing research achievements about the role play.The second part is the theoretical support of this research: firstly,the concept of game and role play is explained respectively.Second from the role theory,bandura's social learning theory and vygotsky's theory of game three aspects to explore the theoretical basis of role play,and the theory of guiding significance to the role play in the kindergarten are discussed in this paper.The third part is the xinyang kindergarten as an example for the kindergarten role play three sample description and analysis of the status quo,mainly analyzes the present situation of teachers' understanding of the role play,role play activities to carry out the conditions of the present situation,the role of the game environment created the present situation,the materials on the present situation,the activities of the organization and implementation present situation and the present situation of teachers' evaluation of role play.The fourth part is the summary and cause analysis of the problems in the game development of sample kindergarten.Among them,the main problems are: teachers' misunderstanding of the nature of the role play;Insufficient time and space for game development;The theme and materials of the game are poor;In the game,the teacher's instruction method is improper and the teacher evaluation system is single in the game.The reason analysis mainly includes: the management level lacks the evaluation system of the role game activities;There is a lack of discussion on role-playing activities at the teaching and research level;The conceptual level is deeply influenced by traditional teachers' views;There is a certain gap between teacher's idea and behavior level.The fifth part summarizes the Suggestions to improve the quality of the kindergarten's role game,and puts forward the education concept of changing kindergarten teachers.Create effective role play environment and improve the game condition;Optimizing the organization and implementation process of role-playing games;Improve the teacher's ability to guide the role play;Present a variety of game evaluation methods based on children.The sixth part is the conclusion of this study.And in which refers to the deficiency existing in this research,in order to pass this arouse many a gleam of preschool teachers role play as the organization and guidance of attention,and reflect on their own lack of in game activities,so as to improve the quality of role play in kindergarten.
