Research On The Path Of Integrating Craftsman Spirit Into Ideological And Political Education In Science And Engineering Universities

General Secretary Xi pointed out that in long-term practice,we nurtured and formed a"craftsman spirit of dedication,excellence,meticulousness and pursuit of excellence".As the first batch of great spirits incorporated into the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists,the craftsman spirit is not only a vivid embodiment of the spirit of the times and the spiritual outlook of great workers,but also a valuable cultural resource and important ideological support for personal development,social progress and national prosperity.At present,China is in the key stage of strengthening the country through science and technology and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The key core technologies are controlled by others,and the "neck" problem remains to be solved.The changes of the main domestic contradictions also call for the connotative development of education.There is an urgent need to cultivate a large number of high-quality talents with innovation ability and ingenuity to support development.As an important educational base for cultivating practical and innovative scientific and technological talents for national development,science and engineering universities should become the cradle of craftsman spirit cultivation,and ideological and political education is a powerful starting point for science and engineering universities to cultivate craftsman spirit.However,there are still some problems in the ideological and political education of science and engineering universities,such as limited channels,weak system,lack of atmosphere and so on.Based on this,giving full play to the multiple functions of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of science and engineering,exploring the path and method of integrating craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of science and engineering,and infiltrating craftsman spirit into all links and processes of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of science and engineering are of great value for improving students’ moral quality,optimizing the quality of higher education and promoting the construction and development of socialist modernization.Taking the universities of science and engineering as the object,starting from the integration of craftsman spirit,this paper comprehensively explores the path and Countermeasures of integrating craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in science and engineering universities by using research methods such as questionnaire survey.In addition to the introduction,this paper studies the following four problems.First,it expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,clarifies the proposal and connotation of craftsman spirit and the connotation and characteristics of Ideological and political education in science and engineering universities,and expounds the theoretical basis of integrating craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in science and engineering universities.The second is to discuss the basic content and contemporary value of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in science and Engineering Universities from three aspects:integration content,feasibility and necessity.Third,through the design of the questionnaire and data collection,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the integration of craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of science and engineering.The fourth is to clarify the principle and path of the integration of craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education in science and engineering universities,so as to put forward practical countermeasures for the integration of craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education in science and engineering universities.
