The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "education,science and technology,and talents are the basic and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country."High-quality workers and application-oriented talents with craftsman spirit are a prerequisite for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.At present,the society is impetuous and utilitarian,which affects the formation of high school students ’striving for excellence in learning attitude and perseverance character.At the same time,many students lack the pursuit of high quality of study.In order to solve the problem of impetuous mentality and lazy attitude of high school students,it is necessary to carry out the teaching and research on the integration of craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political course of high school,so as to train the students to work hard and work diligently,implement the basic task of moral education.This paper takes the craftsman spirit into the high school ideological and political teaching as the research object,focuses on "integration",and carries out the research according to the idea of "why-what-how to integrate".First of all,it explains the connotation of craftsman spirit,clarifies the internal connection between craftsman spirit and ideological and political courses in high school,and points out that the nature,goals and contents of the two are compatible.It expounds the theoretical basis of integrating the craftsman spirit into high school ideological and political courses,analyzes the educational functions of the craftsman spirit in value guidance,example demonstration,emotional stimulation and responsibility cultivation,and demonstrates the practical value of integrating the craftsman spirit into high school ideological and political courses.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of integrating craftsman spirit into high school ideological and political teaching,and summarizes its achievements,existing problems and causes.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,put forward the specific path of optimization integration.In addition,the fourth compulsory course "Value and values" was selected to analyze the lesson examples to enhance the vividness and effectiveness of integration.It is found that there are few researches on the direct correlation between craftsman spirit and primary and secondary school teaching,and it is even less accurate to a certain learning section or subject.There is still a large space for integration.This paper focuses on high school ideological and political courses,and through investigation,it is known that there are some problems such as insufficient integration of craftsman spirit into the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,insufficient integration concept,insufficient content,insufficient form and insufficient environment creation.This study focuses on the teaching of ideological and political education in senior high school,and optimizes the integration path from four aspects:establishing teaching concept,enriching teaching content,enriching teaching forms and constructing teaching environment,which is operable and innovative,in order to provide some ideas for senior high school ideological and political teachers to promote the cultivation of students’core literacy goals.
