Since the education reform in 2001,the curriculum plan and curriculum standards(experimental draft)have guided China's basic education for more than ten years,and have also achieved remarkable results.With the changes and progress of the society,the curriculum plan and curriculum standards need to be revised in time.The Ministry of Education began the revision of the course standard(the experimental draft)in 2013.A new curriculum(2017 version)was introduced in 2018,which means that the next curriculum reform will develop around the new curriculum.In this context,this paper studies the consistency between the curriculum standard and the physical examination paper of the college entrance examination.This paper takes the national college entrance examination physics volume 1volume,the national 2 volumes and the national 3 volumes in the three years from2016 to 2018 as the research sample,and and uses the “SEC” consistency analysis model to analyze the consistency of the curriculum and academic evaluation.research content mainly includes the following parts:Part 1 is the introduction to this article.Explain the educational background of this study This article,Then the purpose and significance of this study are expounded.The second part is the literature review and theoretical definition of this paper.This section defines the concept first,then use the literature research method to summarize and collate the literature on the consistency of the curriculum and academic evaluation at home and abroad,and summarize the connotation,characteristics and functions of the consistency research model.Finally,we use the literature review to understand the research on consistency,curriculum standards and college entrance examination at home and abroad.The third part is the consistency study between the course standard and the college entrance examination physics paper.First of all,the research object of this paper is the national paper of the college entrance examination physics in 2016-2018 and the physics curriculum standard of the 2003 edition(the experimental draft);Then,according to the characteristics of the college entrance examination physics paper theSEC consistency model was selected for the study;Then combine the college entrance examination physical papers and physical curriculum standards to determine the content theme and cognitive level of the research.And define various behavioral verbs of the cognitive level.Reconstructing the the "content subject × cognitive level" two-dimensional matrix of the physical curriculum standard and the college entrance examination physical paper.After determining the two-dimensional matrix,determining and coding the coding principle of physics curriculum labels based on the definition of behavioral verbs.Then determining and coding the coding principle of the college entrance examination physics paper according to the topic information,the difficulty level and the score of the test.In order to use the Pat formula to calculate the consistency between the curriculum standard and the examination paper.Standardize the two-dimensional matrix of the physical curriculum standard and the examination paper;Finally,the consistency formula is explained,and use unidrnd function of MATLAB to set the reference value of the consistency index of this paper.Part 4 is the analysis of the results of this paper.Firstly,the consistency of physical curriculum standard and physical test papers is analyzed according to the calculated consistency index.There is no significant consistency between the physical curriculum standard and physical test papers;Then from the content topic,analyze the consistency of the physical curriculum standard and physical test papers.Use Excel spreadsheet to get the distribution of the content topic,Get the consistency of the physical curriculum standard and physical test papers is not high.Content subject of the curriculum standard is more evenly distributed.Content subject of the physical test papers is mainly distributed in core-required 1,2 and optional 3-1 modules;From the aspect of cognitive level,analyze the consistency of the physical curriculum standard and physical test papers.Use Excel spreadsheet to get the distribution of the cognitive level.Obtaining a low degree of consistency between physical curriculum standard and physical test papers in the cognitive level.The highest proportion of cognitive level in curriculum standards is the level of “know”.The distribution of cognitive levels in the test paper is more about the levels of “understanding” and“application”.The distribution of cognitive levels in each test paper is not much different.
