The construction of teacher team is the key to determine the quality of kindergarten education and improve the level of kindergarten management.At present,the construction of preschool education teachers lags behind,the supervision system and mechanism is not perfect,and the quality of education remains to be improved.The improvement of the level of teachers is closely related to the management system of teachers.Therefore,to promote the long-term steady development of early childhood education,it is necessary to strengthen teacher performance management in early childhood education.However,compared with enterprise performance management,the performance management system of preschool education institutions is still relatively backward.How to explore a more effective kindergarten performance management system through in-depth and systematic research is the focus of preschool education research.In view of this,the author adopted the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct an in-depth study on the performance management system of jiangwan preschool education group,and then put forward Suggestions and implementation measures for optimizing the performance management system suitable for the development of jiangwan preschool education group.Firstly,this paper finds out the main problems of jiangwan preschool education group in teacher performance management through questionnaire survey.The research shows that there is a lack of effective communication between teachers and teachers in the implementation of teacher performance in jiangwan preschool education group.The assessment indicators set are not scientific and the assessment weights are not reasonable.Performance appraisal information feedback is not timely and comprehensive;The results of performance appraisal are mainly used as the basis of salary payment and have no obvious incentive effect on teachers.Secondly,the reasons for these problems are found as follows: the characteristics of jiangwan preschool education group;Managers pay little attention to performance management;Lack of corresponding supervision mechanism;Other aspects of teacher performance management,such as performance planning and feedback,are basically formalized.Thirdly,in view of the above problems and reasons,and combined with performance management related theories,this paper puts forward the improvement plan of performance management of jiangwan preschool education group.Jiangwan preschool education group should take the overall strategic development goal as the guidance,and formulate the corresponding performance goal;The performance plan should be made in full communication with teachers,and the two-way communication between managers and teachers should run through the whole process of performance management.The construction of performance appraisal index system should use 360 degree performance appraisal method and key performance index method.The examiners shall timely feedback the performance information to teachers through interviews or other channels to help teachers improve in their future work.At least,the performance appraisal results should be linked to teachers' salary,promotion and training,and provide references for the formulation of the next stage of performance goals.Finally,in order to further ensure the implementation of performance management in jiangwan preschool education group,kindergartens should increase publicity efforts to win the support of school leaders and teachers.Organizational leadership to improve performance management;Establish a performance management culture.Let the majority of teachers and kindergarten managers fully realize the importance of performance management,reached an agreement on the necessity of enhancing the performance management level of kindergarten,in order to promote the smooth development of performance management.
