Jilin University science and technology achievements transformation network platform construction project by Jilin University Industrial Technology Research Institute of Jilin University science and technology implementation,using its resources and technical advantages to using the Internet to spread information advantage,build research cooperation platform,rapid and effective docking to accelerate the research of supply and demand information,accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In response to the call of the Party Central Committee,we should strengthen the capacity of universities and colleges to serve the local areas and improve the level of local science and technology services.After the completion of the network platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Jilin University,it will play a great role in promoting the cooperation work of the Jilin University.The construction of Jilin University science and technology achievements transformation network platform is one of the important aspects of Jilin University's industry university research cooperation.It is an important starting point for carrying out related work smoothly.This paper takes Jilin University science and technology achievements transformation network platform construction project as the object,to explore and analyze the progress of the project management in the implementation process and the various security measures,through in-depth analysis of the project,the investigation of various factors affect the project progress,combining the relevant theories and methods of project management.The reasons behind the phenomenon,formulate the corresponding corrective measures to optimize and improve the project schedule,in order to safeguard measures as the starting point,to provide a guarantee for the smooth progress of the project,the final completion of the project in accordance with the plan in time,reach the established project goals.At the beginning of the project,due to lack of experience,lack of the guidance of the theory of knowledge management methods,improper personnel not entire,lack of power,no special coordination management system and other reasons lead to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Jilin University network platform construction project schedule to slow according to the expected completion of related tasks.Based on the five processes of project schedule management,the author applies the theory and method of project management comprehensively to analyze,sort out and optimize the overall progress of the project,and adopt corresponding measures to ensure it.Comprehensive application of work breakdown structure(WBS),critical path method(CPM)and other classical methods of project management,from different sides,were analyzed,combing,separation and optimization of the project,to find out the reasons restricting the early project schedule,and put forward the measures to make the schedule more clearly,for the later developed lay the foundation for the new construction requirements in accordance with the project schedule.In addition,the project schedule safeguards should be worked out to grasp the core and key tasks,complete the allocation of resources,optimize the working procedures,and adopt various measures to make the project successfully completed within a predetermined time.Means of schedule and control of Jilin University science and technology achievements transformation this paper discusses the network platform construction project,Jilin University science and technology achievements transformation network platform construction project design a set of feasible and relatively perfect project management system,related work to provide future reference.
