The situation of learning-weariness in junior middle school is becoming serious now.Heavy burden of schoolwork,boring classes,difficult homework and high expectations from both parents and teachers have led to strong resistance and disgust from students.Besides,it has bad influence on the physical and mental development of teenagers.Learning-weariness is a common phenomenon of junior middle school students for the moment.Students themselves,family,school and society altogether are all contributing factors in learning weariness.Among these,teachers are one of the most important reasons.However,there are few related researches.As a consequence,researches on teacher behaviors become urgent.Teachers are expected to adjust their educational methods and try their best to prevent students from being tired of learning.In this paper,J middle school in Ningbo is a case in point.An intensive study of teacher is made by using various methods,such as literature analysis,making a survey,and conducting interviews.Causes that lead to learning weariness are as follows: improper concept of education,test-oriented education system,too much academic burden on students and ineffective communication between teachers and students.Based on above analysis,the following measures should be taken to help those junior middle school students who are tired of learning.Teachers are expected to establish the correct concept of education,motivate students' interest in learning,put less pressure on students,have proper communications with students and help students get rid of network hazards.
