Nowadays,the Chinese teaching in Mexico achieved a huge advance,especially the Chinese teaching is blossoming in the primary school.However,since the education and culture backgrounds between China and Mexico are extremely different,Chinese teaching management becomes a harsh problem for plenty of Chinese teachers.A good classroom management is a very important guarantee for Chinese teaching.Compared with the classroom management mode in middle high schools and universities,the primary schools are completely different.Even today,the researches achievement referring to Mexican primary school Chinese classroom management are still seldom.The thesis takes a primary school in Mexico,named Great Union,as an example and researches how to improve Chinese classroom management.In terms of research methods,it identifies some relevant concepts about Chinese classroom management with references analyzing;Under the background of cooperation between Chinese language teaching institutes and Great Union Institution to open Chinese language teaching program,the author combines her Chinese teaching experience into consideration,since she worked as a Chinese teacher in Mexico for two years.The research starts from the aspect of both students and teacher,collecting the statistics and data upon questionnaires of students' behaviors,Chinese teachers' feedback forms,students' and Chinese teacher's interview records,and so on.Through the methods of case analysis,the thesis from the situation of school teaching,the teacher's background,description of scenario in classroom and many aspects carried on to appearing questions of four typical cases turn over to analyze.The study shows that factors resulting in Chinese classroom problematic behaviors are comparatively complex.Therefore,the five reasons coming from students,teachers,school,Chinese teaching institution and Confucius Institution are described in detail.On this basis,some reasonable and effective proposals are given for the teachers,school,Chinese teaching institution and Confucius Institute.From the angle of the teachers,teachers should build up good relationship with students,develop their language skills,enhance the teaching techniques and social connectivity.From the aspect of school,much attention should be paid to Chinese teaching.Establishing a scientific and reasonable work and rest system is necessary.Making constant communication with Chinese teaching institution and parents is also very important.As Chinese teaching institution,they are suppose to develop practical training and conference workshops of classroom management which would help bridge between Chinese teachers and Mexican teachers.Furthermore,Confucius Institute ought to perform Spanish courses,provide some effective and authentic trial lecture,organize intercultural communication activities and regular seminars about Mexican Chinese teaching.
