Classroom management,an important part of classroom teaching,is a vital factor that affects the effect of classroom teaching.The Confucius Institute in Krakow establishes 12 Chinese-learning classes for adults and 5 for children.It actively cooperates with local primary and middle schools.There are 13 schools have Chinese course in the whole city.Children Chinese language teaching in Krakow has got great attention from the government,the number of learners was growing year by year.The task and teaching hours for children have weighed over greatly than adult teaching,which takes the largest proportion of teaching in Confucius Institute.Classroom misbehaviors,often occurred in class because of the learners' age and nature,have become the haunting problem for teachers.Classroom management is the important and difficult point in teaching.Only by establishing a good classroom management,will the teacher ensure the class carries through efficiently and orderly.With the development of the international Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools,the existing teaching achievements and teaching practice of TCFL have been unable to meet the current needs.At present,classroom management for children in primary and middle schools around the world still belongs to the exploration stage.It has not formed the specialized theory and the method.Thus,it is still indispensable to use cases study to discover further problems and analyze them.The writer chose twenty-four cases from three classes she taught in No.12 primary school in Krakow.Then she shows and analyses the cases from four aspects:student management,teacher management,environmental management and rule management.Based on the cases,she points out the problems and offers suggestions,hoping to help the new teachers.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the preface,which introduces the significance of the topic,combs the literatures of classroom management and cases study,expounds the research idea and methods.It also makes a basic overview of Chinese teaching in primary school in Krakow.From the class situation,Chinese textbooks and collaborative teaching model,the writer states the particularities in No.12 primary school in Krakow.The second chapter is the core part of the whole text.The author starts with the student management,the teacher management,the environmental management and the rule management,then displays with the 24 typical cases,analyzes the problems of the cases,explores the causes of the problem and makes reflection at last.In the third chapter,according to the existing problems in the cases above,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions on the classroom management.The fourth chapter is the epilogue,the author summarizes the existing problems in the classroom study,puts forward suggestions and points out the insufficiency in the research.
