Martial Art is not only one of excellent traditional ethnic sports, but also a component of bright culture in China. With the development of the times,Competitive Martial Art,which represents the development direction of Martial Art,came into being.Martial Art needs inheritance and development.Juveniles are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation and the core of Martial Art development.Because young athletes are at the stage of growth and development, their physical and psychological qualities have unique age characteristics.According to the research on the training process of athletes, most young athletes carry out professional and technical training in sports schools and martial arts schools in various cities, and the coach's teaching level and training venues are limited. As a result, coaches basically train young athletes in a "large-strength,and allow no flexibility" training method.Their training contents and methods are backward, and it is difficult to keep up with the development trend of today's scientific training methods, making young athletes unable to stimulate the potential of sports ability. In many educational theories, the BFLPE has the universality of cross-culture.Without changing the individual himself, changing the reference body in the environment can improve the self-concept and ability of individuals. Therefore, this paper takes competitive martial arts training as the research object, and uses the “BFLPE” to regroup athletes in the actual training, and conducts a total of 18 week experiments in three stages. This study selects EASDQ,compiled by Marsh, and combines the special characteristics of martial arts events to interview a number of martial arts judges, coaches, and experts in colleges and universities to jointly compile EASDQ.The measurement results of 81 young martial art athletes show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. This research tests the training level of the experimental athletes with the special physical quality and competitive ability of Martial Art.The collected indexes of martial arts special physical quality are classified and screened by using analytic hierarchy process, and the martial arts special physical quality is mainly divided into six categories:Strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, agility and balance,a total of 56 items were initially selected and 16 items were selected by AHP.Martial art competitive ability scores athletes according to "Martial Art Routine Competition Rules and Referee Law" formulated by Chinese Martial Art Association in 2012.This paper mainly adopts the experimental method to regroup the martial art team athletes of Sports Management Center of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with higher training level, and those of Sports Vocational College of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with lower training level according to the “BFLPE” theory. The groupings are:(1)To train athletes with higher level of sports together with athletes with lower level(put them into a “little pond”);To create a reference body of lower level training environment for them,so that their self-concept becomes higher, and their sports ability and competitive ability are improved;(2)The athletes with lower level of sports and the athletes with higher level of sports are trained together(introduced into the "big pond")so as to create a reference body with higher level of training environment for them, thus reducing their self-concept and their own achievements. After the experimental grouping training of 18 week, the following conclusions are drawn by comparing and analyzing the test data of the experimental subjects:(1)Special physical quality: After high-level athletes entering the “little pond”training, the improvement of athletes' special physical quality is higher than that of the control group without experimental grouping; After low-level athletes entering the "big pond" training, the improvement of athletes' special physical fitness is higher than that of the control group without experimental grouping.(2)Competitive ability: The movement quality, exercise level and difficulty of high-level athletes entering the “little pond” or low-level athletes entering the "big pond" have been significantly improved.(3)Change in self-concept: High self-concept athletes entering low-level teams to train "Martial Art Special Self-concept" will continuously improve;High self-concept athletes will increase in a short period of time when they enter high-level teams to train "Martial Art Special Self-concept",but it will decrease with the passage of time.Low self-concept athletes entering low-level training teams to train "Martial Art Special Self-concept" will continue to grow; When athletes with low self-concept entering high-level team training,"Martial Art Special Self-concept" has certain stability.
