Under the guidance of many educators and psychologists, bandura's theory of self-efficacy has obtained high-quality output in the field of learning and entered a period of rapid development.Learning self-efficacy includes two dimensions. On the one hand,it is the evaluation of the learner's confidence in the ability to complete the task, which is embodied in the self-efficacy of learning ability. On the other hand,it is a kind of self-judgment that an individual USES certain ways or means to influence and control learning behavior and academic performance, which is embodied as self-efficacy of learning behavior. It's a good indicator of academic performance, which not only affects students' academic performance, academic performance and learning ability development, but also produces positive emotional experience and promotes students' mental health development.Grade one is the beginning of junior middle school learning life,is the primary school and junior middle school learning transition. For the freshmen who just entered the first grade of adolescence, the change of learning style, the increase of learning difficulty, the increase of academic pressure, the increase of exams,as well as the various psychological troubles, conflicts and contradictions that come with adolescence, all these phenomena have a great impact on the psychological development of junior middle school students. As a result, they lack confidence in their study, have severe fear of difficulties in their study, have poor self-consciousness in their study, and have negative learning behaviors, which seriously affect their academic performance.Although students in this period faced various challenges of healthy development, they were highly malleable and expected to achieve good academic performance, which provided an opportunity for educators. Then, how to change students' learning state and behavior from the perspective of stimulating students' internal motivation to learn,so as to improve their academic performance,it is of great significance to promote their academic adaptation and mental health development in the first grade. For this purpose,we selected self-efficacy as the intrinsic motivation factor of learning, combined with the characteristics of junior middle school students' poor self-consciousness and self-control,and designed a class group psychological counseling activity based on the improvement of self-efficacy,in order to make full use of the power of the collective to stimulate, supervise and restrain their learning behavior,so as to achieve the purpose of improving learning self-efficacy,changing the learning state, and promoting academic development. In summary,on the basis of literature analysis and questionnaire survey, this study aims to understand the development status and influencing factors of learning efficacy of freshmen in grade one,and designed an operational and effective class group psychological counseling program, conducted the intervention training on the learning self-efficacy of freshmen in grade one,in order to investigate the intervention effect. This study consists of two parts: in the first study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 636 freshmen in grade one with the scale of self-efficacy in learning.Furthermore, the paper further discusses the influencing factors of junior middle school students' learning self-efficacy,which lays a foundation for the preliminary construction of a class group psychological counseling program to improve junior middle school students' learning self-efficacy.In the second study, the educational experimental intervention of learning self-efficacy was conducted on freshmen in grade one.Students from 6 parallel classes in grade one of the city's key schools were selected as the research objects, and 3 classes were randomly selected as the experimental class(160 students)and 3 classes as the control class(161 students). The experimental class was given group psychological counseling for 18 times, while the control class was not given any intervention,to explore the intervention effect of self-designed group psychological counseling program on the learning self-efficacy of freshmen in grade one.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)The overall development of the learning self-efficacy of freshmen in grade one is at an intermediate level. Moreover, there are significant differences in the influencing factors such as gender, school type and parents' education level.(2)Group psychological counseling in class can effectively improve the level of learning self-efficacy of freshmen in grade one.Compared with the control class, the self-efficacy of the experimental class with group psychological counseling was effectively improved.(3)The class psychological counseling program designed and implemented in this study is effective and practical.
