The development of competitive Wushu is a process of continuous learning, exploration and innovation, it is realized in the constant collision and fusion of the eastern and western sports culture, the routines of competitive Wushu are developing toward a direction of high, difficult, beautiful and new. To get a good race results, an athlete has to finish difficult acts with stability and high quality, thus a higher requirement was proposed to the physical fitness of athletes. As an important part in physical fitness, the sensitive quality is deserving more and more attention in training against Wushu routines, however, the traditional sensitive quality training focus only on action switches, deflecting running, brain responses, etc, as a result, the overall sensitive quality of athletes can not be improved. Differing from the traditional sensitive quality training, the rope ladder training is able to improve the flexibility and comprehensive analysis capabilities of the cortical neural processes, thus to effectively improve the sensitive quality of athletes, provide supports between rapid action conversions. Sensitive quality is the basic quality of the body, when the sensitive quality is improved, other qualities can be coordinately, reasonably and comprehensively improved, thus to improve the overall athletic skills. Wushu routines play an outstanding role in sensitive quality, for it stresses on “unity of internal and external, form and spirit”, the high-level coordination and unity of hands, eyes, body, forms, steps and spirits, reflects the importance of sensitive quality. The purpose of this study is to, through exploring the features of competitive Wushu routines and theories of rope ladder training, provide theoretical basis for sensitive quality training on competitive Wushu routine athletes. Through empirical studies, initially explore methods of sensitive quality training on competitive Wushu routine athlete teenagers in our province. Methods: In this paper, methods of literature, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics are applied. The study draws 40 teenager athletes engaged in Wushu routines from Shijiazhuang Sports School as the experimental subjects and divided them into the experimental group and control group. An experimental training lasted for 24 weeks, three times a week was performed. The experimental groups received a combination training of both traditional sensitive quality training and rope ladder training, while the control group only received traditional sensitive quality training. Results: In the longitudinal comparison of balance board crane standing in balance test indicators, a significant difference appears in the test data of the experimental groups while not in that of the control group, the results of horizontal comparison between the groups showed an obvious advantage in the experimental group; while in the longitudinal comparison of coordination test indicators, a significant difference appears in most data of the experimental group while not in that of the control group, the results of horizontal comparison between the groups showed an obvious advantage in the experimental group; in the longitudinal comparison in triangle steeplechase comparison of process sensitive quality test indicators, a significant difference appears in the experimental group while not in the control group, the horizontal comparison between the groups embodies that the results of the experimental group is obviously better than the control group; in the six-corner longitudinal comparison in random sensitive quality test indicators, a significant difference appears in the experimental group while not in the control group, the horizontal comparison between the groups embodies that the results of the experimental group is better than the control group; in the longitudinal comparison of camel balance-standing vertical jump swivel 180°in the professional Wushu actions test indicators, a significant difference is showed in the experimental group, the horizontal comparison between the groups embodies that the results of the experimental group is better than the control group. Conclusion:The combination of traditional sensitive quality training and rope ladder training can facilitate to improve the balance capabilities of athletes, its effects are much better than the pure traditional sensitive quality training. The combination of traditional sensitive quality training and rope ladder training can facilitate to improve the coordination capabilities of athletes, its effects are much better than the pure traditional sensitive quality training. The combination of traditional sensitive quality training and rope ladder training shows a significant effect in triangle steeplechase, it facilitates to improve the process sensitive quality of competitive Wushu routine athletes. Both methods can improve the random sensitive quality, a significant difference appeared in the training results of the groups, while that of the experimental group is better than the control group. This reflects that the rope ladder training can be used as an effective supplementary of the traditional sensitive quality training, the effects of the combination of the two methods are better than that of pure traditional sensitive quality training. The combination of traditional sensitive quality training and rope ladder training can facilitate to improve the scores of competitive Wushu athlete teenagers in camel balance-standing vertical jump swivel 180°C, its effects are much better than the pure traditional sensitive quality training.
