| The body function training is innovatively different from the traditional general training and the special training,which pays more attention to the movement pattern of human body and the basic posture of body movement in the training process.According to the different requirements of sports events,the integration of various physical qualities can optimize the most essential human sport ability,so as to improve athletes' competitive capability.With the continuous development of taekwondo,the attacking and defending is getting faster and faster,which puts forward more severe tests to the athletes' physical and psychological qualities.The law and trend to the development of taekwondo show the importance of agility in competitions.However,in traditional physical training,agility is often misinterpreted as a fast speed.The traditional training methods focus on a single quality while they pay less attention to the development of comprehensive quality.Functional training will regard all the joints and muscles as a complete system instead of a single organ or muscle in training.However,many joints and muscle groups take participate in together,which greatly reduce the exciting time of the neuromuscular system of taekwondo athletes.Moreover,it can also reduce the viscosity of muscle and the probability of sports injury,but improve the flexibility of the muscle,so as to overall coordinate the development of their physical quality.This research with methods of analysis such as literature method,experimental method,interview method,based on relevant research results in the functional training,introduces the method of functional training into the sensitive quality of taekwondo athletes in training.Then taking 18 taekwondo athletes as experimental object,makes an experiment for 10 weeks.As a result,it has a discussion on the agility influence of functional training of taekwondo athletes on their body quality.There are some main conclusions as follows:1.There were a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the ability of athletes to change direction,change movement,coordination and responsiveness.The experimental group using physical functional training was superior to the control group using traditional training in all aspects of data.It statistically indicates that the physical functional training has a significant effect on improving the agility of taekwondo athletes.2.After this experiment,it makes a comparative analysis conducted on the athletes' ability to change direction.The experimental group showed significant differences in the experimental indicators from T test before and after the experiment,while the control group showed no significant difference.In terms of test indicators,the data of the experimental group was improved by 5.9%,while the control group only by 4.2% correspondingly.This indicates that the ability of the experimental group to change direction after the experiment has been improved while the control group has not been greatly enhanced.The indexes of T test in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment were tested.It is found that there was a significant difference between them,which indicates that the physical functional training is more effective than the traditional training in improving the ability of athletes to change direction.3.After this experiment,the athletes' ability to change their movements was compared and analyzed in this study.As a consequence,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the push-up index before and after the experiment.Therefore,the test indexes of both the experimental group and the control group were improved actually,as the experimental group increased by 20.9% and the control group only increased by 8.8%.This indicates that the ability of the experimental group to change the movement after the experiment has been greatly risen up,but the control group has not.After this experiment,the difference test results were tested in the two groups.It was found that there was a significant difference between the two groups,which suggested that the experimental group using body functional training was better than the control group using traditional training in the ability to change movements.4.After this experiment,a comparative analysis of athletes' coordination showed that there was a significant difference in the cross quadrant jump indicators in the experimental group before and after the experiment,while there was no significant difference in the control group.As a result,the test indexes of both the experimental group and the control group were improved respectively.The experimental group increased by 6.1%,while the control group only increased by 5.2%.This indicates that the physical coordination of the experimental group using functional training after the experiment has been greatly improved,while the control group has not significantly increased.After this experiment,the coordination between the experimental group and the control group was tested.Finally it was found that there was a significant difference between the two groups.The results showed that the experimental group with physical functional training has a better coordination ability than the control group with traditional training.5.After the experiment,a comparative analysis was made on the athletes' sensitive response ability.As a result,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Therefore,the test indexes of both groups were increased significantly,by 27.2% in the experimental group and by 10.7% in the control group.This shows that the experimental group using functional training of the body after the experiment physical coordination was improved greatly,while the control group improved slightly.After this experiment,the sensitivity of the experimental group and the control group was tested.As a consequence,there was a significant difference between the two groups.The results showed that the experimental group with physical functional training was superior to the control group with traditional training in the ability of athletes' response.6.The control group with traditional training in a certain extent is likely to improve the responsiveness quality of the taekwondo athletes,but there is not more significant increase than the experimental group.As a conclusion,these four indexes of the quality test results are less than that of the experimental group.Therefore,it further verifies the effectiveness of the body function training can effectively improve the sensitive quality of taekwondo athletes. |
