Health is a global topic of great concern since twentieth Century,which affects all aspects of people's lives.The WHO defines health as "health is a state of physical,mental and social adaptation,not only without disease and weakness." Therefore,health is not only a physiological response.In recent years,with the development of society and the improvement of medical technology,people's demand for health is more and more high,more and more people pay attention to the psychological health.At the same time,with the change of the biomedical model to the bio psycho social medical model,the role of psychosocial factors in disease has been paid more and more attention by clinical doctors.In this paper,through the study of the psychological pressure of patients in hospital,to understand whether the intervention of medical social work is necessary and effective,with a view to the social work practice in the development of the field has played a positive role.In this study,patients hospitalized in Hohhot First Hospital as the object,through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method to study whether patients had psychological stress problems in hospital,and then in allusion to the problems of design and implementation,effect analysis,to draw conclusions.This thesis is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research significance,research objectives and the research situation,the definition and research methods;the second part is the overview of Hohhot First Hospital;the third part is the analysis of the survey results and influence factors;the fourth part is the medical social work intervention in patients with psychological stress.Divided into case work and group work;the fifth part is the summary.
