Study On The Impact Of Academic Lectures On The Academic Development Of Postgraduates In Colleges And Universities

Based on the investigation and analysis of 362full-time graduate students in H University,this paper investigates the status quo of their participation in academic lectures,the impact of academic lectures on their academic development,and the differences in their impact and evaluation of academic lectures.In the analysis of survey data,the influence degree was graded and graded by Likert Scale.Mean and variance analysis were used to analyze the impact of academic lectures on the academic development of postgraduates and the difference between them.It is found that academic lectures in Colleges and universities have a positive impact on all aspects of graduate students' academic development.It mainly embodies in: promoting the mastery of academic knowledge;promoting the improvement of academic ability;leading the cultivation of academic spirit;strengthening the cultivation of academic morality and so on.At the same time,there are differences in the impact of academic lectures on the academic development of different graduate students.Mainly reflected in: the impact on the academic development of Humanities and Social Sciences graduate students is significantly greaterthan that of science and Technology Graduate students;the impact on academic development of academic degree graduate students is greater than that of professional degree graduate students;the impact on the academic development of graduate students with positive attitude to participation is significantly greater than that of graduate students with less academic lectures.In addition,some problems were found out from the survey: mainly reflected in the academic organization management of universities to be improved and the initiative of graduate students to participate in lectures to be improved.Finally,in view of the reasons for the formation of the problem and the expectation of the graduate students for academic lectures,we propose measures to improve the quality of academic lectures and enhance the enthusiasm of graduate students to participate in lectures to enhance the effectiveness of academic lectures.Such as: hire well-known experts,optimize the lecturer;Add communication and interaction to enhance the atmosphere of lectures;To conduct research to understand students 'expectations;Students have a correct attitude and actively participate in lectures.This study uses empirical methods to study the impact of academic lectures on graduate students' academic development.It is not only a response to and verification of the effectiveness of academic lectures in universities,but also a useful supplement to improve academic lectures in universities.This research has practical significance for strengthening the importance of academic lectures by universities and postgraduates,and will provide guidance for universities to build high-quality academic lectures.
