As the reserve force of scientific research,postgraduate plays an important role in the future research and innovation of the country.However,the current academic training of graduate students in Colleges and universities is influenced by many factors,which is not conducive to the smooth progress of the postgraduate training in China,and brings obstacles to the normal development of our scientific research.It is of great practical significance and long-term significance to strengthen the construction of academic training mechanism for postgraduates.Through the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the academic training and assembly of the graduate students in X University by using the theory of contingency,flexible management mechanism and incentive mechanism in management,and analyzes some of the main highlights in the academic training of graduate students at present.Problems are discussed in order to promote the development of postgraduate academic training in China.The ultimate goal of the study is to provide some strategies for improving academic research in our universities.This study is divided into six parts: First,the development process,characteristics,trends and existing graduate academic training system of graduate students in China's colleges and universities are discussed in detail.Second,select a typical X University as a sample,through questionnaires and interviews to X the current situation of college graduate academic training is investigated.On the basis of this data,the problems and shortcomings of X University as the representative of the current college graduate students' academic training are analyzed.Third,there are no individual postgraduate training organizations and ordinary teachers for postgraduate academic training in the academic training of the above X University.There are some typical problems such as low participation of training,the ecological mechanism of graduate students' academic cultivation and the lack of culture in academic training of college graduate students.The causes of the problems are analyzed from the three angles of the external environment and the internal bad environment by the graduate students themselves.The X University is the main spear in the academic training of the current graduate students in China's colleges and universities.Shield,the causes of the problems are discussed;fourth,in view of the reasons for the above problems,the academic cultivation of graduate students in advanced countries is analyzed,and the useful learning experience of advanced countries is used for reference.Fifth,in view of the problems exposed in the empirical analysis of X University,the problems existing in the academic training of the graduate students in our country are not adapted to the new.The problems of the situation put forward some pertinent strategies,which will provide useful reference for further improving the academic training system of graduate students and improving the effect of academic training.The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive use of contingency theory,flexible management mechanism and incentive mechanism in management to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the academic management of Postgraduates in X University.
