The "Healthy China 2030" plan states that we should concentrate on the improvement of people's health,accelerate the transformation of the development method of health field,maintain and safeguard people's health in an all-round and full-cycle manner,substantially improve people's health level,in order to provide a solid foundation for achieving the "Two One-Hundred-Year " target and realizing the dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the increasing pressure of social competition,insomnia has become more and more universal, and the sleep quality has seriously affected people's physical and mental health.Insomnia dose not only cause the negative impact on physical and mental health,but also affect people's quality of life.As the cornerstone of national development,university students suffer from sleeping problems prominently.The research shows that physical exercise can promote people's bodily functions and at the same time improve people's quality of sleep.The author sets students in Shanghai Jiaotong University as the research object,adopts methods of literature,questionnaire,experimental research,mathematical statistics and logistic analysis, utilizes the pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(p SQI)and physical Exercise Rating Scale to investigate the sleep quality and physical exercise conditions of 400 samples,including 150 athletes of the university sports team and 250 ordinary students,in order to research how the sleep quality,physical exercise conditions and physical exercise influence the sleep quality of university students.On this basis,the author uses the experimental research method to take 12-week physical exercise intervenes including low-intensity yoga,moderate-intensity walking and high-intensity volleyball to 84 students with sleeping problems,so as to deeply explore the effects of exercise with different intensities on the sleep quality of university students.Research results are as follows:1.The investigation shows that 28.3% university students are suffering from the sleeping problems,among which female students have severer problems than male students.Male and female students show significant differences in fall-asleep time and self-sleep quality.Athletes of school sports teams have better sleep quality than ordinary students,and they have significantly different factors of sleeping disorders and sleep quality.2.physical exercise of university students is significantly related to sleep quality.physical exercise can improve the quality of sleep of university students to a certain extent.Generally speaking,athletes of school sports teams are superior to ordinary students in physical exercise,and thus have better sleep quality than ordinary students.3.The experiment indicates that physical exercise has a favorable effect on improving the sleep quality of university students.4.Various items of exercise with different intensities have diverse effects on improvement of sleep quality of university students.The heavy-load sports have an overall significant effect on improving the sleep quality of university students.Exercise with moderate-intensity is able to improve the sleeping hours and fall-asleep time.Low-intensity exercise can improve the total score of students' sleeping hours and sleep quality.
