Since China entered the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",the country has steadily promoted the goal and plan for the development of information technology in the construction industry,and accelerated the application of BIM technology in the life cycle of construction projects.With its strong advantages,BIM technology brings efficiency and convenience to the management and decision-making of planning,construction and operation.However,in practical projects,BIM technology often faces the dilemma of application obstruction and slow implementation.In the process of collaborative process,the participants of the project take into account their own interests and risks,which makes the number of influencing factors affecting BIM cross-organization application more and more complex.This paper will analyze the influencing factors of BIM cross-organization application based on social network analysis method and propose corresponding implementation modes and strategies.The collaborative application of BIM technology in the life cycle of construction projects has network characteristics,involving many participants and complex relationships among organizations.This article will be based on owners,government departments,design units,construction units,BIM consulting companies and BIM software development companies asthe main body.Through literature reading and questionnaire survey,extract the influencing factors of BIM cross-organization application,select the top-ranking influencing factors to form the list of influencing factors based on the quantitative treatment of the degree of influence;identify the relationship between the influencing factors by Delphi method.The relationship matrix of the influencing factors is obtained,and the visualization function of the software Ucinet 6 is used to construct the network diagram of the influencing factors;do social network analysis of influencing factors,through the analysis of individual indicators and overall indicators,to determine the characteristics of each type of factors and the interaction between the factors,based on which to determine the influence of the decision-making and behavior of the relevant parties in the BIM project,and propose three implementation modes of BIM cross-organization application.Discuss the implementation process and organizational structure of three BIM cross-organizational application models,analyze the dynamic changes of influencing factors under different modes,and influence the newly formed factors.The network conducts social network analysis,and proposes the implementation of corresponding factor control strategies and models according to the relationship between the influencing factors,thereby optimizing the organizational structure of the project,simplifying the network of influencing factors,and promoting the cooperation of different project participants in the BIM project,efficiency to achieve the sharing of benefits,share the risk advantages of the participants,provide some guidance for the implementation of BIM cross-organizational applications,and ensure the smooth implementation of BIM across the organization.
