Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which is a new historical orientation for China's development. The contradiction between the needs of the people for a better and better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development is the main contradiction of our current society.Since the 18 th National Congress, while attaching great importance to the steady and healthy development of the economy, the state has also been advocating the important role of simple and moderate, green and low-carbon consumption concepts in the fields of politics, economy, culture and ecological environment.College students are not only a special consumer group, but also a consumer of the future society.Investigating and studying the current situation of college students' consumption behavior and consumption concept is not only an important means to adapt to the consumption upgrading trend under the new economic normal, but also an actual need for ecological civilization construction, and an important way to relate to the rationality of college students' consumption concept. The concept of consumption is an important part of the values of college students. The education and guidance of college students' consumption concept is an important part of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities. It is a question concerning the fact that colleges and universities truly train successors for the country. It also inherits the Chinese nation's diligence and conservation of traditional virtues and promotes society. An important embodiment of the core values of the doctrine. This thesis starts with the theory of human's all-round development, combined with Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, commodity fetishism theory and sustainable development theory.Under the support of relevant theoretical literatures at home and abroad,it is based on 600 different colleges and universities in LiaoNing Province. The college students are the subjects of the survey, and the questionnaire survey method is used to empirically study the current consumption outlook and consumption status of college students.Through questionnaire survey,it can be found that due to the economic development and the increase of household disposable income, the current college students generally have strong consumer desires and consumer expectations for the future, consumption presents a diversified trend, the overall consumption concept is in good condition, and some college students consume. There are some problems in the view, for example: most students have blind and herd consumption psychology, consumption planning is not strong, some college students are not aware of green consumption, and their awareness of saving is weak.Exploring the factors affecting the formation of the current college students' consumption concept, not only the economic development leads to the transformation of the whole social consumption concept, the social factors such as the diminishing and diminishing traditional virtues, but also the Internet to represent the new media to promote the consumption and consumption temptation to attract college students.Environmental factors such as consumption,as well as internal factors such as disparity between consumption cognition and consumption behavior of college students, include the failure of colleges and universities to observe the changes in the consumption concept of college students in a timely manner, leading to the lag of the content, methods and methods of consumption education.Guiding college students to establish a rational and correct concept of consumption, colleges and universities must combine the society and the family to form a multi-party education synergy to achieve a full-member,whole-process,all-round college students' consumption concept education pattern.
