A Research On Optimization Of The Club Management Mode Of X Sino-foreign Joint University

In recent years,Sino-foreign cooperative education industry has been developing rapidly.X Sino-foreign Cooperative University is one of the earliest Sino-foreign joint universities with independent legal personality in China after the reform and opening-up policy.There are more than 160 student clubs.The management model of student clubs in the exploration has become the benchmark of Sino-foreign joint universities.But to a great extent,student club management of Sino-foreign cooperative universities is localized and nationalized to the management mode of student clubs in Western countries.The special growth environment and conflict of management culture make student club management face various challenges in many aspects.In view of the fact that there are many researches on current domestic traditional university club management and comparative studies of Chinese and Western community management,but the study of club management under Sino-foreign cooperative education is very weak,and the existing researches mostly set forth from the perspective of theoretical discussion and experience reference;therefore,this paper has taken the best Sino-foreign cooperative university in China as the example,through sorting out the management model of student clubs,investigating the present situation of student club management by surveying the satisfaction of student clubs' members from the perspective of empirical analysis,and discussed a series of problems and challenges.Then,in view of the related problems found,drawing lessons from the excellent ideas and management experience of student club management in Western universities,combining with the domestic conditions and the particularity of Sino-foreign cooperative universities in China and abroad,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures from the management dimensions of organizational culture,organizational structure design,organizational leadership,economic regulation and control,etc.Including: schools should attach importance to the construction of community culture and promote the realization of self-management and self-service of associations;strengthen the design of organizational structure to meet the new needs of the vigorous development of communities;improve the incentive and assessment mechanism for cadres of associations;strengthen the institutional support for the management and control of operating funds of student communities;and put forward new suggestions for the improvement of the management mode in X Sino-foreign cooperative university and provide reference of optimized direction for student club management mode in rapidly developing Sino-foreign cooperative universities.
