Developing the Joint graduate programs between China and foreign countries is one of the important ways for our country to raise the level of internationalization of graduate education and enhance the national human capital. The employability of the postgraduates who participated in the Sino-Foreign joint program is a reliable reference of the level of management of the programs. The P program developed by E University and ENS was taken as a case study which focused on the effects of Sino-Foreign joint programs on the employability of the postgraduates. The quantitative research was applied as methodology. Two regression models were established in this study to verify the effects of Sino-Foreign joint programs on the employability of postgraduates. One was the employability model which was formed by five factors: professional competence, skills, personal adaptability,self-efficacy and family social capital, and the other one is to compare the employment between the postgraduates who participated in the P program and the ones who never participated in any Sino-Foreign programs. The research revealed the following findings: 1)the employability and the final employment status of the postgraduates who participated in P program are better than that of the postgraduates who did not participate any Sino-Foreign joint programs;2)Participating in the Sino-Foreign joint programs shown significant effect on the employability of postgraduates and their final employment status;3)participating in the Sino-Foreign joint programs, gender, curriculum, tutors' guidance quality and family social capital had significant effect on the employability of postgraduates and the final employment status.Among all these factors, the influence coefficients of the curriculum and the male gender were higher than that of other factors;4)participating in the Sino-Foreign joint programs, the duration of studying abroad, gender, curriculum, tutors' guidance quality and family social capital showed significant and positive effects on the final employment status of the postgraduates who participated in the joint program. The family social capital had the maximum influence among all these factors, which was followed by the curriculum and the duration of studying abroad and the gender, while other factors shown weaker relativity.Suggestions based on the findings were proposed as the last part of the research: 1)optimizing the curriculum system, enhancing the practicability of the curriculum;2)improving the quality of tutors' guidance and the postgraduate education;3)providing students more opportunities to participate in the Sino-Foreign joint programs between E University and foreign universities and prolonging their duration of studying abroad;4)more information on employment provided by the universities to promote the employment quality.
