The practical knowledge of preschool teachers belongs to their own knowledge,which is a stable strategy cognitive system for "how to do",which is gradually generated by preschool teachers in the daily teaching situation.Its generation and development is a process of continuous interaction and mutual promotion between individual and environment,practice and theory.The carrier or medium by which information is transmitted,the relevant elements that promote its formation environment and development are all its generating media.It mainly includes learning community,teachers' on-the-spot learning,teachers' reflection,teachers and disciples' help,communication activities in the group,special lectures and reading and so on.These media play an irreplaceable role in promoting and supporting the development of preschool teachers' practical knowledge.According to the research idea of media management generated by preschool teachers' practical knowledge,this paper takes 60 preschool teachers in A kindergarten in Chenggong district as the research object.This paper discusses the effects of three types of media,namely,school-based teaching and research,communication and sharing,and theoretical learning,on the generation and development of preschool teachers' practical knowledge.Based on the interview and observation data,this paper analyzes the actual operation of preschool teachers' practical knowledge generation media,and sums up the management status of preschool teachers' practical knowledge generation media from the collective dimension and individual dimension.Finally,according to the current situation of management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the media management of kindergarten teachers' practical knowledge generation from the kindergarten level and personal level.It is expected that through the research,it will be helpful to the generation of kindergarten teachers' practical knowledge and touch the management concept of kindergarten teachers' practical knowledge generation media.
