Nowadays,with the rapid development of the world economy and the acceleration of globalization,more and more enterprises in various countries attach great importance to human resources as the first resource,and the human resources service industry,as a new industry in China,has also been well developed.After nearly 40 years of development,China's human resources service industry has begun to take shape.Various kinds of human resources service organizations have sprung up,covering a wide range of service products.They have expanded from the original single traditional recruitment business to new high-end products such as network recruitment,personnel agency,talent evaluation,human resources management consulting,and formed a set of high-end products.Complete human resources service value system.As far as human resource service enterprises are concerned,there are still large gaps between domestic enterprises and those in developed countries and developed regions,such as low profitability,small scale,weak strength and single product.A kind ofJiangxi Jucai Human Resources Group was established in 1999,and is a leading supplier of human resources outsourcing services in China.Over the past 10 years since its establishment,the Group has served more than 3,000 customers,and now has more than 19 branches under the Group's flag.At present,there is a leap-forward growth.Business scope covers Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hubei,Hunan,Hainan,Jiangxi and other provinces and cities,with more than 700 highly qualified professionals,tens of thousands of expatriate employees,annual training and supply of more than 20,000 talents.With the deepening of internationalization and fierce competition in the market,Jiangxi Jucai Company is facing challenges from various human resources service organizations.How to win in the competition?
