Private education is a new thing,the human resources management of private colleges in Jiangxi with new problems and new things new topics,in its development,will inevitably encounter various practical problems need to test theory,the breakthrough of the management constantly.On the basis of trying expend related theories,this paper taking Jiangxi private universities as a research target,and making systematic analysis to the human resources management of private colleges Firstly,from the top 100 ranks between national private colleges and universities,locating the rank of private universities in Jiangxi Province at present stage-decline in quality development;summarizing four reasons for their top ranking by horizontal comparing the top 14 in National Top 100.Secondly,specifically analyzing the practice of human resources management in three types private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,summarizing the current situation and further pointing out four problems about it,accordingly,the level of departmental construction is different and the level of specialization is not high;the department lack subject independence consciousness and service awareness;the management level is urgent need to be promoted and expended;the department is short of appeal mechanism construction and has a low level legal construction;the deficiency of soft power construction.Further analyzing four major reasons about those problems,accordingly,contradictions between theory and practice,between system and subject,between subjectivity and non-equivalence,between objective and subjective.Thirdly,taking Jiangxi KZ college as a specific subject of investigation,summarizing five major current situations in this college's human resources management,and pointing out seven major reasons for its current situation.Lastly,putting forward some countermeasures about how to improve Jiangxi private universities' human resources management,accordingly,the government department should strengthen support and supervision to private universities;strengthen self-construction of private universities' human resources department and the sense of human resources;adjust the incentive mechanism under the management of "Precision" of existing human resources and enhance humanistic feelings in school;provide five quench platform which could quench the core competiveness of teachers;cultivate the college spirit of private universities,enhance the construction of campus culture and the legal construction of human resources management.
