The Research On The Role Of The Growth Grop For Freshman Career Planning

The university stage is the important turning point in life, after many freshmen enter into university,they will face all kinds of adaptation problems on learning and making friends when they come to the new surroundings and the new faces.Only a part of freshmen can adjust by themselves and can get rid of inadaptation step by step,but most of freshmen need teachers, instructors and former schoolmates direction for them and provide guidance on the career planning. This is the main point of this research to discuss and resolve.In this research I adopt literature,empirical research, questionnaire survey and so on to survey S Justice Police Vocational College. And discuses the issue of career planning. Due to this college carry out a police management which is different from other college,so the freshmen may meet many problems when they enter into the new school,especially on the life and learning adjustment. And the freshmen need a long time to adjust in the first term, and they did not to set learning goals and career planning. They had not clear targets, and the future of career planning is obscure.Group work as one of professional social work’s method. They had a big effect for learning freshmen adapt life and career planning. On one hand,school social work and adolescent social work theory combined with fitly. On the other hand,through the use of practical activity to help them adjust the environment quickly, and during this period set clear learning plans and make a clear direction on career planning.This article focus on the group activities develop in the school, based on the problems existing in the course of police academy freshmen, targete to design a series of group activities, research on the role of the police academy freshmen career planning to do a thorough investigation and the results of evaluation,they can adjust their career planning in the different stages of learning flexibly and stably. Through the group process and results of the evaluation of that the article conclusion is:in police academy for new growth group activity is very necessary, especially for adaptability and career planning has obvious effect, and professional team work method can be added in the lack of teaching.
