| Good interpersonal relationships for college students play an important role in their growth.However,not every college student can handle their interpersonal relationships,especially poor students.Poor students are special groups in schools,not only Under pressure from the family,as well as pressure from all aspects of society,compared with other students,the interpersonal relationship of poor students is worrying.There are various problems and incompatibility in the interpersonal communication of poor students in colleges and universities.If they fail to deal with problems in a timely manner,they will directly affect the physical and mental health of the poor,which is not conducive to their own development,and will affect the stability and development of society more seriously.Therefore,this paper has a certain practical significance in selecting the research on the improvement of interpersonal skills of impoverished students in colleges and universities.This paper takes the poor students in colleges and universities as the research object,based on the research results at home and abroad,the theory of interpersonal needs and the theory of superiority perspective,through the semi-structured interview method,investigates 30 poor students in a university in Xinjiang,and deeply understands the poverty of a university in Xinjiang.The current status of interpersonal skills.In the interview,some poor students in colleges and universities have obvious problems in three aspects: self-cognitive ability,emotional regulation ability and interpersonal communication ability.According to the specific needs expressed by the poor students with interpersonal problems,through the correct and reasonable self-cognition of the poor students from 6 experimental groups in a university in Xinjiang,overcoming the bad psychological problems,learning to master interpersonal communication skills,and encouraging groups Interviews with members of the group,such as the group work,the record of the team’s activities,the interview records of the team members,the differences in the interpersonal skills of the team members before and after the intervention,and the diagnosis results of the Self-measurement Table for Interpersonal Competence.It is concluded that the group work has a positive impact on the interpersonal communication ability of poor students in a certain university in Xinjiang.Studies have shown that the study of group intervention methods in social work to deal with the interpersonal skills of impoverished students in colleges and universities has certain effectiveness and feasibility.Therefore,in the future school social work,we can adopt social work methods to intervene and put into action,so that poor students in colleges can grow up more actively and healthily. |
