The Research Of Group Work In Interaction Pattern On Improving Interpersonal Skills Of Urban Poor Families' Teenager

With the rapid development of social transformation,the number of urban poor families in China is increasing.poor families lack of all kinds of resources,which will bring teenagers who growing in this background lots of problems,interpersonal problems is one of the main problems,especially for poor families' teenager who is growing in city.In order to know the growing situation of urban poor families' teenager better,and for make social work to use for the group of teenagers batter,this study has used the group work method to serve poor families' teenager who is studying in a certain junior high school in Y district,Wuhan,in order to help them to improve their interpersonal skills.To be specific,firstly,I choose six teenagers from Class 3,Grade 2,and they are have the serious interpersonal problems,at the same time,they are belong to the group of poor families' teenager,using the group work in interaction pattern to serve them.Secondly,through using the Common Teenager Interpersonal Skills Scale to test the service before and after the service process respectively.In particular,The scale's contents had been designed based on the three aspects of interpersonal skills.Thirdly,at the end of the services process,I will assess the service effects,using the contrastive analysis as the main method to analyze the dates form the pretest and post-test,at the same,combine the content from the method of participant observation and semi-structured interview.Finally,making a conclusion about this study and giving some thinking.Through the study comes the following conclusions: through the assess result,wo could know that the group member's interpersonal aspiration and interpersonal actions has been improved in a way,but their ability to handle relationships has not been improved;From the individual development level,the group work could provide poor families' teenager with the chance of build their interpersonal network,and create the conditions for them to cultivate their interests.From the social work profession level,social could cover the shortage of the traditional education,and make up the family education shortage for urban poor families' teenagers,at the same time,keep a watchful eye on their growth problems and their higher levels of demands.Nevertheless,there are many defections in this research: Firstly,the activities lack continuity.Secondly,the activity place is limited.Thirdly,on account of author's professional level is limited,the serve quality need to be improved,and the conclusions' scientificity and replicability need to be ascertained further.
