Interpersonal communication is one of the important social activities in everyone's life.Self-development,psychological adjustment,information communication,the satisfaction of demands at various levels and the coordination of interpersonal relationship are all inseparable from interpersonal communication.Everyone wants to be good at it to establish good relationships,which may possibly help them study,live and work in a comfortable and pleasant environment.However,in terms of poor students,due to problems from families,universities and society,numerous of them are self-abased,anxious,depressed,indifferent,timid or susceptible,which will result in cognitive disorders,affective disorders,personality disorders and disabilities.Eventually,they will become too diffident to express themselves or become negative in interpersonal occasions.From social work perspective and according to relevant literature,the study takes poor students as object and analyzes the problems for poor students in interpersonal communication and relevant reasons.Six poor students with interpersonal disorder in A university are selected as study object to be trained and guided.In the first phase,the author interviews 6 students individually to understand their psychological context.Besides,according to the estimation of their interpersonal demands and the definition of problems,the author designs interventions for the 6 students on their study,life and entertainment to lead them to a right understanding of poverty and correct their negative cognition about interpersonal communication to win their trust.After they are gradually guided to contact and adapt to the communication with others,they will be ready for the formal intervention that will help them overcome interpersonal disorders.Then,the author corrects the deviation in cognition,selected six well-behaved students and six six-member closed-end development team,and successfully organized the "Very happy to know you","I trust you","Tell my story to listen to you","Respect you and me","Know you really good","With your peers" and other six interpersonal skills to enhance the activities of the group,for the owner to provide a platform for interaction with others,emotion and behavior of 6 students and helps them learn interpersonal skills to better integrate into collective life.In the final phase,the author makes the conclusion that,based on the case assessment and group assessment on the basis of the follow-up to the follow-up survey of the results of the summary assessment.Through the summary assessment,the author found that the study of social work involved in poor students interpersonal communication can achieve certain results,and have some room for expansion,first of all on the basis of the practice,through social work involved in poor students interpersonal barriers to study,to help poor gave a new perspective;Secondly,based on the study in the paper and author's practice,the author applies casework and group work measures to intervene in the interpersonal disorders among target poor students and to verify the intervention result.And the author verifies and enriches social work on intervention of target poor students and proposes some skills and experiences on such intervention.Finally,after the intervention of social workers,the effect of improving the interpersonal barriers of poor students is basically achieved,which has certain positive significance for the improvement of interpersonal barriers to poor students.In short,social work is a viable way to improve the ability of poor students to interpersonal relationships.
