With the development of society,people's values and concept have also changed.Many people who born in small cities choose to live in developed cities.Due to economic pressures,policy restrictions and so on,they cannot live with their children.The problem of left-behind youth has received much attention.At home and abroad,the research on resilience has been deepened,the objects have been expanding,and the urban left-behind youths as a special group,their resilience issues need to receive more attention.This study based on the author's internship in P school,through literature,interviews,participatory observation and otherresearch methods to study thier current status of resilience.The combination of casework and group work methods promotes the resilience of left-behind youth in P schools,helping them to motivate their potential and enable them to successfully overcome the difficulties in their lives.Finally,author put forward suggestions for Social Work Intervenes in the Resilience Improvement.In terms of internal advantage:first is to reshape the personal characteristics,second is to cultivate a sense of optimism.In terms of efficiency:enhance the self-efficacy of left-behind youth and remove “left behind”label.In terms of external support:first,to build a harmonious family environment;second,to promote a caring campus atmosphere;third,to create a friendly community environment;fourth,to formulate a systematic and comprehensive resilience improvement Pan;and the fifth is to use professional social work methods to improve service quality.
